I lean toward the former, as it almost seemed they fell on their own, in supplication if you will to the Empress... though as it goes on just a bit, it almost appears like Her Highness actually pushed them.

There is an interesting comment when Hillary questions whether the "base is weighted enough." Needless to say this statement can mean many things. Is her "base" too light and will float without more weight added? There will no doubt be much clean up to be done once she has taken her rightful place.

I must admit I was a bit concerned when I saw that video come out where the Power of the Hillary was briefly exposed, We simply must get more control over the media, We can't have her powers exposed fully until her coronation.
