What a wonderful country we live in now that Dear Leader is transforming us into the World of Next Tuesday ™ . Praise be to LeninImage, StalinImage, and now, ObamaImage!

Does Bruno know about this? You do know that Bruno is very good lawyer, right? I recommend all comrades seeking this most deserved entitlement consult with Bruno right away!

User avatar
Alas, Comrade Che, your "benefits" will be paid in "monetary units" known as "dollars", a "currency" issued by the formerly-existent Imperialist Conspiracy Against Peace And Justice ™ known as "The United States Of America Amerikkka."

Your paltry $2,224/month will not even cover the bottom of your monetary wheelbarrow, let alone purchase you a Latte at your local Peoples' Starbucks Debate Center...

User avatar
Bruno should apply on his own behalf. Or at least for poor Theo. Stalin knows, he's the ultimate definition of a disability! LOL

Exactly! It shouldn't matter if we don't have a disability, only that we FEEL that we do!

I was trying to determine what singular name I should refer to you on an informal basis,
and decided to just leave it as " Princess ".

So..... Princess..... you have spoken a great truth in your commentary above:

" Feeling " is more important than " doing ".

Wait.... that is not what I meant........

Dear most Equal Comrade Krasnador: You may refer me the first time as "Your equalness"; and after that you can just call me "Comrade." At any rate, I do believe feeling and doing both have their place, and remember that your Comforter in Chief is always ready to do both.

I got my my $2,224/mo. disability check for lover's nuts AND they also signed me up for free Viagra.

User avatar
Interested Comrades should also examine the mother of all giveaways called SSI. [Suplementery Security Income].
Much less stringent than SSD, rates depend on where your gulag is.

Being a sucker of the Great Red Tit myself, I can assure the comrades that the alleged $2,224 figure came out of some Snake Oil Salesman's ass.

I have been 180% disabled ever since 2001 with about 15% remaining lungs due to asbestosis. I breath through a machine. Or die.

The first thing is, after you apply- they make you WAIT for years until you get your first check. You are supposedly going to get a BIG check from the
Great Red Tit for all the years you waited. They beat you out of 90% of that, citing every chicken shit reason they can think of.

Then my monthly stipend from the Great Red Tit was $800+. But out of that came about $100+ a month for Medicare.

A couple months ago, I guess I lived long enough to make it to 62 years old, and I got a HUGE raise to $1200 a month from the Great Red Tit, and I guess that's where it stays until I become a millionaire. Or dead.

The upside is, my doctor and hospital bills get paid 80% by the Great Red Tit. The remaining 20% I get bills for until they take me to collections and put another tax lien against my little plot of land my old house sits on. I figger some day to be kicked out of my last asset on earth.

So the advertisement might be a tad glorified, I think.

I worked my ass off all my life. In 1974, I owned a 400 acre ranch and had a net worth of about $400,000. Actions of government have beat me out of every dime.

My "wealth" has been redistributed, and I should be a proud Democrat for that.

But for some inexplicable reason, I am not.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Good Comrade

I tired to use your links
I really tried

But it was too much work for me

Do we have a gov't program or a gov't advocate
that could come to my house and do it for me?

If so, could they bring me lunch
I am sort of hungry

User avatar
Comrade Vladimir,
At the urging of the Collective, the Government is aware of you plight. Persons very high up have assured me your check is in the mail.

Comrades,
Recently approved disability criteria now include paper cuts. They are looking for suggestions. Any ideas?

Vlad's is a typical horror story. The SS acts like it's their money. It is not. It's money taken from every paycheck and matched dollar for dollar by your employer. Takes years and the services of an attorney to get approved and even more years to receive your back money. Usually it's way too late to make any difference in your already destroyed life.

Worst of all is that there should be trillions of dollars in the SS trust fund. There is not. Our beloved Congress has been using the SS Trust fund for decades as their personal cookie jar. Somewhere in a cabinet is $6 trillion dollars of IOU's written by the Congress.

Lastly, I find it appalling that some attorneys are seeing SS Disability as another way to scam the SS fund. Yes, there is fraud, but this will surely add to it and make it even harder for deserving individuals to receive THEIR money.

Very good Comrade Krasnodar. Maybe in-grown toe nail too?

Comrade Grigori,

The attorneys are providing this noble service pro bono, are they not? Oops, excuse me, I just blew beet juice out my nose, and all over my keyboard, laughing.

THE SOCIAL SECURITY MYTH
By Betty Freauf
September 28, 2011
NewsWithViews.com

....I received an e-mail from a reader who, with tongue in cheek, said:

To save the economy, on September 28, 2011, Obama will announce that he is ordering the immigration department to start deporting old people (instead of illegals) in order to lower Social Security and Medicare costs. Old people are easier to catch, and will not remember how to get back home!

We have a very sophisticated way of responding to your requests for SSDI in Michiganistan. If you need it, you will not get it. If you do not need it, you will get it.

Sounds like Crony Communism to me.

F. Lee Bruno got his law degree at the Sears School of Law and Taxidermy, which when you think on it, is not oxymoronic. You stretch the skin of something that was once alive into a dead framework.

Bruno is excellent however in pleading the case for social security and disability. He goes and sits, with his client, in the local SS administration center and he sticks his finger up his nose. This is not calculated; he just forgets not to do it.

Then he introduces himself as the client's lawyer, and in order not to have to deal with Bruno, who is considered the smarter, and cleaner, of the pair, SS gives the client what he wants. Once Bruno got SS benefits for his client, his client's dead father and dead mother, and the children yet unborn.

It's amazing what a round of "Tico, Tico" can do.

User avatar
Comrade Scratchy, deporting old people is just fine although I'm up for anything which limits (1) the out-of-pocket costs for health care and (2) how much money we have to pay them to live.

I am personally going to introduce a bill making it mandatory for all people over 55 to smoke, because it's cheaper to tend to terminal cancer than listen to them whine and eat money all the time. And driving slowly too. That's intolerable.

One of the best-kept secrets is how close AARP is to us: they pretend to be for the elderly and they're selling them down the river as fast as they can. Well, AARP knows what it's doing. Their clientele is old and senile and like good progs, they're taking advantage of it.

Ah, the joys of Obamacare. Of course we, as made progs, will have good medical care.

BTW, have you heard of the plans for two levels of hospitals? We're like Cuba here. One for people who might get better and go back to the beet fields, and the other to be merciful and compassionate to the others, and make sure that despite our best efforts (which is what we'll say) and because of our best unspoken efforts, they die.

Father Prog Theocritus wrote:..... despite our best efforts (which is what we'll say) and because of our best unspoken efforts, they die.

Comrade Teorcritus, need I remind you that I live in Oregon, the Soviet Union of the West?

Indeed "care" of the elderly and ill is well organized here, and it has been for a long time-

Oregon Pain Management-

  • Opioid dependency is not a relevant issue in end-of-life pain management.

As long as the intention for prescribing analgesics is the relief of pain, the possibility that they may hasten death is not a reason to withhold these medications from a dying patient.

[ off ]Scratchy, I have as much hatred as you do for medical murderers but I saw my mother waste away from cancer. Her later CAT-Scans showed that fibrous tissue had replaced nearly every bone between pelvis and shoulders from metastasized breast cancer. The doctors did not I think prescribe enough medicine for her; her last year was one of misery, so lost in pain that she just wasn't there any more. The indignities, 18 years ago, were such that I can only now begin to think of them.

No, no, do not have Dr. Kevorkian out there to kill off people who are depressed or have really bad days. But it would have been a very good thing if she had overdosed.

I do get your point, I really do. But I have seen, up close and very personally, that infinite pain is not a life.

I had surgeries in 1995 for peritonitis; I was in a coma for five weeks, and held the record (may still for all I know) of being the sickest person ever to survive the ICU of a medium-sized hospital in Odessa. Twice I've entered the hospital because of a bowel blockage; if your chest cavity is purulent, it forms scar tissue locking all your innards into rigid place. Once I ate some dehydrated apple which hydrated in my bowel and I spend days with the wonderful NG tube. But before Ziad, the surgeon in the ER, could give me the morphine (4 grains), I was screaming so loudly that they shut me in another room to keep the other patients from leaving the hospital.

I get the need for pain management.

I also get the need to preserve life.

User avatar
Father Prog Theocritus wrote:....I get the need for pain management.

I am sorry. I too have such experiences. For the purposes of my complaint above, I neglected to point out that the hospital KILLED me in 2005 by giving me Morphene which I did NOT request nor require.

The only reason I am alive today is because my grizzly old RN mother ORDERED them to resuscitate me (because they weren't going to). If she had not been an old RN, they would have sent her to "grief counseling" instead.

My dear mother suffered a BAD stroke in July a year ago. She chose to NOT be fed or hydrated intravenously, and I spent the last week with her in the hospital.

The medicos there were like a pack of dogs, telling me several times a day how easy it would be for mom to "take the easy way out" and let them give her "Pain Management".

And all I would have to do is "Say the Word".

User avatar
"Say the word," and inconvenient people get terminated, or in real terms, their assets recycled and the government's obligations ended. THX 1138, which I saw once and then in 1973, had the man escaping and he was being pursued with a view to taking him back and "rehabilitating" him. There was a constant female announcer counting off the cost of the chase, and when it got above his calculated value to the State, they called it off.

The socialist view of value is how much labor it takes to make it, regardless of any individual idea or work or thought to figure out how to do it.

They are reducing us to accounting statistics. Which in a way must be done for the only way out is some sort of rationing. BUT we should be in charge of it ourselves. Not the commissars.

Glad your mother pitched a fit.

This reminds me of one of my blacker jokes. I have drawn more deeds and other legal instruments filed in my county than anyone else in the history of this (small) county; if I make a mistake, it's there in perpetuity. Whereas your doctors were trying to bury their mistake--your morphine.

The Final Solution - Genocide With A Smile

As the younger generation would say; "Word". Father Prog is correct. The biggest problem facing "We the Government" is the millions of inconvenient people, previously known as the"Baby Boomers". These inconvenient persons, who believing the myth of Social Security, Medicare & SS Disability, are actually expecting to receive benefits when they retire or become disabled.

Thank Stalin we have the AARP and mass media organs on our side. The fact that right now (effective Jan 1, 2011), all payments to Medicare providers have been reduced by 30% across the board, is virtually unknown to the masses. Better yet are the cuts to come. 2012, 2013 and 2014 will definitely and quietly help with these inconvenient persons. Bottom line, our smoke and mirrors campaign of terrifying the masses with threats by the Republicans to change Social Security/Medicare is working beautifully.

And then there's Obama Care. The cuts to Medicare will only help deal with those on Medicare. Obama Care will more than adequately deal with the rest of the problem generation. With any luck, those in their 50's and early 60's will be going on to their just rewards in record numbers. Amazingly, the Proles will have no one to blame. Hordes of faceless bureaucrats will hold the power of life and death while we the caring, benevolent elite will be above any and all culpability.

Just goes to show everyone the extent of how far we've progressed in the realm of compassion and caring. In the old days, these inconvenient persons would have been shipped off in cattle cars to labor camps. We the Compassionate Government will just smile and steer them to the nearest End Of Life counseling center.

User avatar
I recall a time not long ago, the Veterans Administration distributed brochures encouraging end of life decisions so as not to be "a burden". The burden is on the taxpayers footing the compensation and pensions for disabilities. The faster we get rid of living veterans, the sooner we can fly Dear Leader and the shopper in chief to another vacation. Lobster ain't cheap, and neither is jet fuel or greens fees.

User avatar
I see my loyal comrades get it. Rem acu tetigisti, as Jeeves said to Bertie. "You have touched the thing with a sharp thing.

Veterans? Why have them. They only serve to help AmeriKKKa, which as we all know, is the source of all evil in the world because it might be, in the middle of the night, when our defenses are low, possibly be a really good idea founded by really smart people to give the most freedom and wealth to as many people as possible, by constraining the depredations of government as much as possible.

This will not do. Government is good because it's the engine of power without accountability and wealth without talent or luck. Government is a jobs program for mean, nasty, and greedy people who feel entitled with no reason whatsoever.

So they must be fed, along with other people who do nothing useful, and the military must be be put out of their misery.

Because it might remind us of what those fools, the Founding Fathers, laughingly thought was a good idea.

User avatar
Do I qualify for SSD? You bet your comrade butt I do! Do I not exist? Do I not live in America? Do I not have something that makes me unable to do something?

It's my money, and I demand it now!
