Dreaded Internet Rules: Will They Affect The People's Cube?

Democratic FCC commissioner balks at net neutrality rules

Dearest, most beloved, Comrade Red Square,

I am very concerned about the new internet "regulations" that will, when all is said and done, restrict all internet content.

Does that mean us? The People's Cube™ has come to mean very much to me. I found the love of my life here, as well as some of the most wonderful people I have ever known.

The People's Cube™ is an oasis in a desert of emptiness.

Just asking.

Dear Comrade Pamalinsky! We have filed your question under the reference number #RS874-187810 and expect to answer it in full sometime towards the end of this Five Year Plan.

In the meantime, rest assured that the Party is actively working on your behalf and monitors all your activities for your own good. The more we progress towards Next Tuesday, the more the entire Internet will resemble the People's Cube, so you have that going for you.

I think you can pretty much figure that if Obama is pushing for it, it's got to be bad. I understand that he's not releasing the contents of his proposed regulations for review by the general public, so that is one indication. The whole issue is extremely confusing, which is most likely by design.

Remember, everything Obama does is for politikal purposes. He could give a rat's ass about actually improving things for the average American schmuck. So, if these regulations are implemented, they will probably end up being used by the Demokrat party to intimidate, censor, and shut down any politikal opposition on the internet.

At the very least, we will probably end up with taxes and permit fees being imposed on websites, paying more for internet services, and having to deal with crappier service.

Da, The People's Cube™ is like beta version of Internet 2.0. Like Kindergarten for Kommunists so to speak. This will become major event. People in future will remember where they were when they first realized they can no longer log in to political websites. Those of us fortunate enough to have cut our teeth at the Kindergarten Kube will make transition without skipping beat. Others will scratch heads wondering what to do next, while we kontinue push toward next Tuesday. Thank you Mother-Kube for korrekting my selfish nature with kollektivist thoughts.

Have no fear comrades!
Just as the Socialist worker's party of Germany once protected Jews and other undesirables by concentrating them in camps, so shall our Glorious leader Barack Insane Obama Mmmmm.. mmmmm.. mmmmm!!

Shall Protect the Internet - from the glorious people's paper Slate:
The FCC's Plan to Protect the Internet
Sens. Leahy and Blumenthal explain why the commission's net neutrality rules should be adopted.
This is a key moment in the history and the future of the open Internet. Targeted FCC action will protect and promote the Internet as we know it today, a dynamic platform that has led to stunning innovation and economic opportunity for millions of Americans. We must not lose sight of that goal or take it for granted: The driving force of the 21st-century economy must remain open and accessible to all. We have no doubt that that is a bipartisan goal, and we urge all sides to keep that in mind when the FCC acts on Feb. 26.
Image If you study history (so you don't repeat the same freaking mistakes) you will see certain events that take place that in retrospect are turning points but are not recognized to be so at the time.

July 1863 is a good example – two events took place that chanced history but for those living through those tumultuous times it wasn't as evident.

The current era error is one of those times. For us we have two events taking place that could wreck havoc on our future freedom.

We have the afore mentioned misnamed net neutrality Government takeover of Al Gore's Creation AND we have the Legalization of Obama's Illegal amnesty by the GOP.

Both mean dire consequences for the future – In the case of net neutrality it will mean the government will have much greater control over the Web… and your TV experience(From the Washington Compost):
How the FCC could use an obscure Internet power to change the pay-TV market
In a few days, the Federal Communications Commission will vote on the government's strict new net neutrality rules for Internet providers. And while the proposed regulations are mainly focused on whether companies like Comcast can block or slow Web sites, a small piece of the rules could give the government wider authority over television programming — and by extension, your TV experience.

And in the case of Obama's Illegal amnesty we will have the imprimatur of legitimacy of Obama risible actions – meaning that more people will flood over the border.

And when they vote for their largess looted at gunpoint for them by the government it will tip the scales to the socialist side.

That's the dire situation as I see it – let us all hope I am dead wrong on this and we won't look back on this moment as the beginning of the end of freedom.

The RINO establishment disgusts me to no end. If you think the Demokrat Lite Party (formerly known as the "GOP") has our backs and gives a shit about America, then you are sadly mistaken. "Next," as in this instance. Oh, yes, the RINO rat bastard has a history of betrayal and treachery, so that would be "again" as well.

At this point, we're screwed.

Image Yes Komrades, 'tis true. We are ALL Demokrats now. The Party™ has successfully swallowed the oposition through cunning use of ridicule and shame. The Glorious World of Next Tuesday™ is much closer than we think, komrades. There may be a few stray holdouts for konservatism within our government, but not enough of them to restore us to the terrifying world of individual liberty and self-reliance. Despite Amerika being under the oppressive thumb of the kapitalist GOP swine such as Ronald Reagan and the Bush dynasty, the nation has still progressed toward our ultimate goal of equality. Getting back to the pathetic ideal of 'personal responsibility' (spit) would require elekting so many filthy konservatives, that it is all but impossible. The only chance for liberty to fester among us would be to nominate and elekt konservatives repeatedly over the course of dekades. Communist Viktory is within our grasp Komrades! Amerikan Liberty is in the throes of death. We the People alone hold the power over our destiny.FORWARD!Image Truly my friends, the GOP no longer represents the preservation of our freedom. Many of them are merely interested in enriching themselves and maintaining their power. What we must do is make it politically expedient for them to represent our interests. They are getting rich representing the interests of their donors. Many may have begun with good intentions, but are corrupted shortly after their arrival in D.C. I was proud to elect Senator Rubio, but have already informed him I will not make the same mistake again. There are a handful who have not sullied themselves yet, but I am not certain that the machine will allow them to take power, unless we DEMAND it. After 20 years as a Republican, I registered as an Independent for the first time after Romney lost in 2012. Hold firm to the principles of liberty, and do not allow the media to pick our nominee again!

Are you afraid that they will love us or hate us? Regardless of how they actually see us, in the pursuit of "net neutrality", I think they will paint us as an expendable part of the extreme left that should be eliminated in the interest of balancing fairness with the sites on the right that will also be eliminated. You know, like when the IRS kept saying how they also discriminated against left-wing organizations (to make it look fair).

In that case Komrade Alinsky (Any relative of Saul's is a komrade of mine.), I propose a contest to create a new header for the site to make it klear to all Party regulators that this site is satirikal in nature. I agree totally. The RINOs like Rubio, Boehner, et al, use the Tea Party and other conservative groups to get voted into office, then stab conservative constituents in the back to satisfy the needs of their "donor class." The donor class bankrolls both the Demokrat Lite Party and the Demokrat Party. To the donor class both parties are the same... simply a means to advance their personal agenda. They could give a rat's ass about what the voters want, laws, the Constitution, and the health of America. As a result, both parties are merging into one unified, stinking pile of excrement.

Once the Demokrat Lite Party RINO establishment conducts the "night of the long knives" to eliminate any remaining conservative Republicans, voting will become irrelevant. We will have a one-party system where the average middle class schmuck get's screwed no matter if they vote "R" or "D."

Image And yet, and yet ... I can't help thinking that there's still something so enterprising in the American Spirit that someone(s) will come up with a new medium to do an end run around these regulations on the Internet. After all, talk radio took over when even cable TV was squelched; the Internet took over when even talk radio was threatened; and who knows what will suddenly appear when the Internet is defanged? Samizdat lives ... and yes, even after all these years of bitter experience, I still believe in the American Spirit. Someone, somewhere, is already starting to think up the next samizdat medium. (Okay, okay, so I'm a wide-eyed dreamer. That's because I'm an American, a South Bronx slum kid who made good.)

RedDiaperette, while I am in agreement that the nature of the individual rests in the ability to overcome, don't overlook the big picture which has been an ongoing effort to the destruction of the free market which has been to make it a cultural artifact by exhausting it to subjugation, warfare and corruption. We are being confronted daily with a subjective process where media, academia, the political and judiciary have institutionalized the alienation from any reality to build a glorious world of collective of make believe.

Komrade Bo'ner only lives up to his name when he has one for tea baggers and conservative Republicans. His betrayal and treachery towards them is most glorious and inspiring. He is a true hero of the revolution.

When I hear "Trust me" I cringe.
And when I next hear "I'm from the government and I'm here to help" I look for hiding places.
And when the next statement is "You can't see it until we enact it" I realize it's probably too late.

CALLER: What do you mean, I'm sticking with what? I have to drive around in a freaking car with another person to try to tell me that this is what I need to listen to?
