Guys wearing fancy dresses is a fashion that was dead for a few years, but now it's picking up in the Great Land of ISIS. People should not get arrested for wearing such beauty in public.

Dennis Rodman, Queen, and other famous people wore dresses. You saw some of them in the streets. You saw them at parties, parades, work, weddings, family gatherings, funerals, and some of you occasionally at home.
