Minitruth would like to acknowledge Dear Leader's latest deft maneuver in the ongoing chess match with Mother Russia.

Yet again the Master Strategist uses Super Putin as a foil to advance his neo-Machiavellian Syria policy in our ongoing battle with Eurasia.

With loathsome domestic GUN violence rightly occupying the headlines for the foreseeable future we would be remiss not to keep an eye on his masterful work.

"In an order issued today, the White House said the president is waiving provisions of the Arms Control Export Act (ACEA) that restrict the U.S. from providing munitions, credits and licenses to countries supporting acts of terrorism."

How clever of Dear Leader to give impression of providing protective equipment against retaliation attack to people who wish only to continue their massacres in peace. And this is not first time we have provided such protection:
According to the ACEA, those prohibitions can be waived "if the president determines that the transaction is essential to the national security interests of the United States."
The U.S. has previously provided the opposition with other types of non-lethal aid, like vehicles, body armor and night-vision goggles.
Only proles as yet uneducated in glorious goals of Dear Leader will fail to see how giving this aid to jihadists is "essential to the national security interests of the United States."

Let's not pick at open sores. Jimmy Carter once said "Short-circuiting the long-established principles of patient negotiation leads to war, not peace.". Remember, the central concept, anything possessing any sort of reality is I process of self-transformation. Thank goodness we have a President who knows how to exploit an obscure Constitutional loophole and put our trust in those freedom fighters whose long standing commitment to human rights, which sometimes are briefly interrupted by the stench of burning flesh or an exploding passenger bus in Israel, can continue. If the President isn't giving up his golf game how big a deal could it be?
