New York Times Warms My Heart

In the last few days, the NY Times has demonstrated why we no longer miss the old Pravda.

  1. Venezuela's Leader to Send Heating Oil to South Bronx
  2. Union Steps Up Drive to Organize Starbucks
  3. Just Try to Sleep Tight. The Bedbugs Are Back.

Venezuela's Leader to Send Heating Oil to South Bronx

The Venezuela article explains how The Peoples Hero, Comrade Chavez, has joined forces with U.S. Representative Jose E. Serrano to "provide eight million gallons of discounted heating oil this winter to thousands of low-income residents of the South Bronx."

Best of all is The Times' description of Brother Chavez:

...a frequent thorn in the side of the Bush administration...one of Latin America's most vocal critics of American-style capitalism...

I don't know why The Times does not hail Comrade Chavez as The Great People's Liberator, but they otherwise understand that he is the enemy of Bush and a skeptic of the harsh American system, and is therefore a model leader who must be emulated here.

And Comrade Serrano! I hope you will remember the benevolence of Comrade Chavez, and how his oil keeps you in office, when you are called upon to vote against the interests of the vile Amerikkka!

Union Steps Up Drive to Organize Starbucks

The hell with striking against fascist Starbucks! We ought to drag their Zionist executives into the gutter and beat the life out of them for the injustices that they assault The People with:

...in May and July 2004, a store manager and an assistant store manager are said to have given employees free baseball tickets and gym passes "in order to convince employees to withdraw their support from the union."

We're NOT going to be hammered down by the damn slavedriving racist corporate filth of Starbucks who take food out of our mouths and poison our children! Here's the first step, People...

The labor relations board, the agency that oversees workers' right to bargain collectively, said a hearing has been scheduled for Feb. 7 in Manhattan. At that session, union organizers and Starbucks officials will appear before an administrative law judge for a review of the union's allegations about the chain's practices.

And that damn racist so-called "administrative law judge" had BETTER SIDE WITH THE PEOPLE, or we'll leave him in the gutter with the swines who run Starbucks.

Daniel Gross, an organizer for the Industrial Workers of the World - a union founded a century ago to achieve "the abolition of wage slavery" - said at the rally that one of Starbucks's worst offenses had been to dismiss Sarah Bender, a worker at the store at 17th Street and First Avenue, and a union sympathizer. She is also named in the labor relations complaint.

Comrade Gross, do you know that our fight will not be peaceful? That in order to achieve justice for Comrade Bender, we will need to rid the cesspool of the scum that infest it...by any means?

Finally...

Just Try to Sleep Tight. The Bedbugs Are Back.

Is there a better symbol of capitalism than the lowly bedbug?

...When engorged with blood, they grow slightly plumper...setting off a cockroach bomb in the bedroom will only scatter them farther afield...Worst of all is the stigma of living with an insect that feeds on blood...

And now, you filthy-rich corporate rapists have to live among the vermin that you have created. Just as you suck the life out of the working class, the bedbugs will suck the life out of you:

But bedbugs on Park Avenue? Ask the horrified matron who recently found her duplex teeming with the blood-sucking beasts. Or the tenants of a co-op on Riverside Drive who spent $200,000 earlier this month to purge their building of the pesky little thugs. The Helmsley Park Lane was sued two years ago by a welt-covered guest who blamed the hotel for harboring the critters.

And look at how the bedbugs got here...just delicious irony:

...entomologists and exterminators blame increased immigration from the developing world...and the recent banning of powerful pesticides.

The Working People of The World have arrived at the shores of Amerikkka to seek vengeance for the centuries of cruel capitalist oppression! The weapons of the capitalist class, the pesticides they used to exterminate the indigenous peoples, have been turned against them!

The People are winning!

Smash anyone who disagrees with the New York Times, and leave them in the gutter!
