Not sure what to make of this

Over on Google Plus, photographer David Recht, having just returned from a shoot in Russia, posts this image he took in a Moscow subway station:

My Lucky Chicken.jpg

Apparently Muscovites have been rubbing on the chicken for good luck ... when there is a perfectly lovely siska right above it!

What are we to conclude? That Russians would rather rub a cock than a nice boob?

Can we blame cheap vodka for this phenomenon?

Not sure about the roots of this strange Muscovite cock-vs-boob aberration... uh, Comrade Lysenkomann, me just revolutionarily hypothesizing : Climate Change, maybe ?

But absolutely sure that the (indeed!) lovely siska as well as the (indeed!) lovely Comradette, they both fit perfectly into the proud parade already marching here.

P.S. <serious> Seems to me, the statue goes back to the mid/late 30s, when Maskovskiy Myetropolityen was opened and further extended. That is, it's a "full socrealo" sculpture, not a (post-)modern, somewhat nostalgic "citation" of socrealism.

And so we have here a (rather rare) example of a "socrealist" work of true, humanly beauty - not even a whiff of socrealo-bombast.

For crying out loud, it's that type of beauty which you (routinely) see in sacral statues of the Gothic period ! That classy is the statue, the group here - cute kolkhoznitsa, sweet siska, proud rooster.

Well, where are the examples of modern culturally sensitive spray paint graffiti art?

Comrade trashmouth - a revolutionary thought !

Given the depressing absence of real modern culturativity in Moscow's Metro, it appears that Russkie Comrades of 2016 need a progressive import of post-modernishly ghetto-blasting culturally sensitive spray paint graffiti artists from fundamentally transformed U. S. of A. !

uh, glorious Detroit Academy of Advanced Street & Interior Beautification Aesthetics - ready ?

Looks like a monument constructed to honor Commisarka Pinkie and Comrade Red Rooster for their selfless dedication to the Kollective.
