C_T, General Konspiriskiy confirms that video features, not a normal Soviet citizen, but the head engineer of the Russian booster program conducting the new prototype booster test, and with such great success demonstrated, Medvedev will likely be giving him and his team the People's Scientific Achievement Award with Gold Star, averting the promised fines and imprisonment.
