I am shocked! While dispersing the current truth on Health Care Reform(TM), the great O was called a LIAR! This is a tragedy comrades, just watch Comrade Pelosi's, Comrade Biden's and His O'liness' faces...

I heard the news today that 433 legislators apologized this morning for not shouting "You lie" when, if they had any sense of duty and decorum, they should have. The speach went well, I think. Al Jazeera has a nice pic of his O'liness in a pose suggesting a national socialist salute. I'm no expert pundit, but I'm pretty sure that CNN will back me up that this speach was magnificent, like a combination of Lincoln, Churchill, Lenin, and the Dead Kennedys.

The only untruth, or less than accurate statement I heard, was when the O suggested that only a large majority of the public was demanding a public option. Why, we all know that at least 124.8% of the world, depending on the latest ACORN figures, demands a total government take over of the health insurance provision, not to mention the very rocks and stones themselves that would call for it if we did not.

Obama did not lie when he suggested that illegal aliens would be barred from receiving ObamaCare.

The solution to covering illegals is as simple as one word....AMNESTY.

Comrade Whoopie is correct. Lord Obama will grant amnesty to all of the illegal aliens and then he can spend more time with His family members (Aunt, etc...) who may be in the country without a visa.

It is high time for the Democrats to file a lawsuit to outlaw the Republican Party (as the CSU is doing with the NPD in Germany) in order to pave the way for Chinese-style democracy (as an Op-ed piece in some New York newspaper suggested yesterday...)

Reading the comments to that piece on line, and I get starry-eyed just thinking about tomorrow! One loyal subject suggested that it is indeed time for a dictatorship in the U.S.

This is from another post I made a few months ago.

Several years ago, I wrote an essay about the lying techniques that different people use, including the lies of Bill Clinton and others, like Fidel Castro. When Bill Clinton lies, it's a basic denial, like: "I did not have sex with that woman, Miss Lewinsky." Compared to Castro, Bill Clinton is a piker.

However, when Dear Leader first said something like: "They say it's socialistic." (I couldn't find the exact words when I did a search on Google), in reference to what Joe the Plumber said, it made me think of the essay I had written, and from then on, I noticed a similar pattern between the way he lies and the lies of Fidel Castro. Below are some examples:

Before you read the lies, keep in mind that the Castro lies all came from an interview that occurred in January 1960 in an interview that took place two years before the Cuban missile crisis, and also a year or so before Castro declared himself a communist to the world.

Fidel Castro mocks Americans for accusing him of being a communist, January 1960: ". . . they are launching a campaign against us, . . . that this is supposed to be a base for rockets, in Camaguey, when we are actually only building the school city there; and so they have come up with all kinds of accusations to the effect that this movement is infiltrated by Communists, that we are creating a Communist republic in the carribean . . .

Dear Leader mocks John McCain for possibly accusing him of being a communist at some point in the future, October 2008: “I don't know what's next. By the end of the week, he'll be accusing me of being a secret communist because I shared my toys in kindergarten. I shared my, uh, peanut butter and jelly sandwich.”

Fidel Castro accuses Americans of lying, January 1960: "And what do they say now? Now they come along with other lies, lies to the effect that we are not giving the farmers possession of the land."

Dear Leader accuses Republicans of lying, August 2008: "They have not been telling the truth," he said. "And I hate to say that people are lying, but here's a situation where folks are lying."

The above technique is what could be called the "they said this and they said that" technique where the liar never denies what he is accused of, but instead belittles the bearer of the truth. If you were to go back and study the lies of Bill Clinton, you would find that he almost never used this technique. His lies were much simpler.

Makes you wish for the simple lies of Comrade Clinton, again.

Sounds like Psychological Projection. Projection is a defense mechanism for dealing with ones own unpleasant emotions which in cognitive psychotherapy are said to be formed by ones rational premises. It is the unconscious denial of a persons own attributes, thoughts, motivations, desires, etc; and the projection of those attributes onto another.

It has a philosophical kinship with Kantian synthesis, which in turn is a close relative of Orwellian doublethink. "Post-Modernism" as a school of thought, is based on these Kantian premises of synthesis, the same epistemological home of our dear Karl Marx.

Projection is also affiliated with many personality disorders.

Only lesser men and women are concerned with truth for the sake of truth. Progressives know that they are exempt from such conventional concepts. Exempt because THEY, and only they, know what is best for mankind. We are all just ignorant pawns that must never become aware of their true intentions. We could never understand that what they intend for us is our only chance at salvation. The lies we are being told are for our own good.

Let us talk about a liar. Obama and the concept of half truths is a subject we could explore. A liar however is a person who is - well - a liar. Obama talks a lot of used car salesmanship, and says quite a few things. However a liar says a lot of falsehoods that are called lies, while the person is called a liar. Obamais our President Obama. Liar and The Whitch of Narnia could be an offshoot of the Narnia series. Including Obama in the series is an option for Obama and Mrs. Obama. Liar could be played by some 40 something male with protruding ears, and the witch could be played by a tall womyn with a scowl. Very well said, if you take your text above and substitute the word "fascist" for "progressive" it would also be true.

If you go on any progressive blog and challenge them, not just on ideology, but on well accepted facts, it is easy to see exactly what you describe.

Speaking of lies and propoganda....

Not being a man of medicine myself, I have two questions:
1) What is a rhytidectomy?
2) Is this something we need to address in the Healthcare Reform Bill? At over two thousand pages we can slip another page in there easily and no one would notice.
