This could amount to around 1200 Capitalist Exploitation Units per year.

Clearly the progressive and caring state of Massachusetts wishes to ensure prosperity and health for all of it's citizens, even through force if needed. It is after all, for their Own Good(TM).

What a Glorious plan to rid the USSA of citizens who are unable to pay their own health care bills. That will be the perfect punishment for deadbeats and the un-patriotic freedom lovers. Government is THE answer!!

This will go hand in hand with the Goracle's Carbon Tax. The proles will be made to pay for being alive and harming Mother Earth, no matter what!! Tax them for breathing and farting!!

There should also be a law for non-smokers to start smoking to pay for The Children's™ health care as well.

Comrade Hillary ought to be very proud, as her plan, tragically rejected, once required all shovel ready workers to pay 200 Capitalist Exploitation units per month, which would equal 2400 such units per year. This means that the People's State of Massachusetts is now halfway towards Comrade Hillary's plan.
