Help Locate the Mission Crater

User avatar
Russians try to add a satellite to their version of GPS, end up with a 650 foot wide crater instead. When asked for the location of the crater, they responded with "It's over there someplace".

Help comrades to locate the crater!

Comrade DeKoquonut,

Our partners in space exploration, the Russians, have been pressured to rush their launch schedules in order to accommodate Dear Leader's space launches. This unnecessary stress could have been averted if only Bush hadn't created the banking crisis which led to a sequester of funds slated for continued support of our own launch capabilities. Impeach Bush/Cheney!

Obviously the Russians have'nt allowed Mooslims to be a part of their space program.

On second thought, maybe they have.

Nyet! Not to be saying this! Dear Leader terminated all domestic space launches as an unjustifiable waste of the collective's hard earned funds, which are better spent on universal health care. Dear Leader put his charming and childlike trust in vile Russki boosters, manufactured by Russian citizens ground under the heel of democracy who no longer have a proper socialist regard for quality control.

UPDATE:

(How comrades deal with "accidents")

Interfax wrote:Interfax.com has posted the following: Criminal case opened regarding crash of Proton at Baikonur - "The investigative department of the Russian Investigative Committee at the Baikonur complex has opened a criminal case on this incident over evidence of a crime, put forward in the Russian Criminal Code Article 216 Part 1. The Baikonur prosecutor's office is overseeing the investigation," the statement said."

I found Article 216, Part 1. It reads as follows:

Article 216. Violation of Safety Rules During Mining, Building, and Other Activities

1. Violation of safety rules during mining, building or any other activities, if this has involved by negligence the infliction of grave injury or injury of average gravity to someone's health,
shall be punishable by a fine in the amount of 100 to 200 minimum wages, or in the amount of the wage or salary, or any other income of the convicted person for a period of one year to two years, or by restraint of liberty for a term of up to three years, or by deprivation of liberty for a term of up to three years, with disqualification to hold specified offices or to engage in specified activities for a term of up to three years, or without such disqualification.
