FEC Delays Ruling on 'PoliBlog' Speech

Tomorrow afternoon the House of Representatives is going to vote on the Online Freedom of Speech Act (H.R. 1606). This act would allow bloggers, online journalists, and those posting to newsgroups and forums to say just about anything they want to - to freely express their political opinions! Yes, here in America!

You may well wonder how things could have degenerated to such a point that a vote like this would even be necessary. How could we have slipped up? Well, we need to be more vigilant.

We, as the ruling class, must make sure that our incumbants do not face any serious opposition. So, we need to extend McCain-Feingold to every sphere of social-intercourse. The more we can restrict free speech the more we can keep our career lap-dog politicians in positions to block any political change and maintain our hold on power. If we can force the bloggers to toe the line or face jail time we will pretty much control everything that has to to do with the election process. If we can get away with this just imagine what we can do next.

Please, won't you help the ruling class maintain it's grip on power?
