Comrades, the progressive parrot is a master of the Marxist dialectic. He is whispering in Hugo's ear "Polly wants a cracker, it's for the common good! WAAAK!" Then he takes a big dump on Hugo's shoulder.

The parrot is obviously the inspiration for all of Hugo's great speeches. Probably most of Obama's, too!
