No Copies of Clinton Emails on Server, Lawyer Says

The defense is laughable, but it's all her lawyers can say. If a client has unquestionably committed an act the only defense is that the act isn't actually against the law and make the prosecution prove you broke a law and then prove that you intentionally broke the law.

But there's something about Hillary. Consider:

She DID have all of her official government e-mail correspondence on her personal server. It's been shown that her server did not have good protection. It was easily compromised. It was probably compromised. There is a very good possibility that her e-mail for the entire four years she was Secretary of State was compromised.

This is bad enough but it isn't simply the information in the e-mails that is compromised.

Anyone that copied those e-mails from that server doesn't simply have those e-mails in their possession. They have Hillary Clinton in their possession. Hillary Clinton as an individual is compromised. There is simply no way to know that what she says and does from now on is not controlled by whoever copied her server.

There is no way Hillary or her lawyers can spin this. Now that she has done this she has compromised HERSELF.

In the coming months, if she runs, this must be shouted from the rooftops because her lawyers will argue she did nothing against the law. But there is no way she can deny that she did have her e-mail account on her private server, that the server was vulnerable to attack, and that now we have no way to know that she as a person isn't thoroughly compromised, owned, and controlled by whoever broke into her server.

State documents aren't supposed to be under proper government control only just to protect secrets; another object is to insure that those entrusted with State documents don't through carelessness or other reason become compromised and in order to then protect themselves from exposure become owned lock stock and barrel by those that would do us harm.

Hillary from this day forward can never prove that she is not being blackmailed and is owned by who-knows-who. There are huge gaps of time in the e-mails she did hand over. Think about this:

Are those huge gaps of time in the e-mails she handed over due to Hillary's decision to leave out those e-mails, or was the decision made by someone that now owns her lock, stock, and barrel?

The only thing one can honestly say is that it is impossible to know the answer to that question. And this is the predicament Hillary has now created for herself. This is a question that must be asked about everything she does. There is no way to know if she is doing anything because she is compromised or not. No one can know.

Hillary has made herself damaged goods.

This is a cloud that must hang over her head for the rest of her life.

We as progressive collectivists don't mind a little corruption or occasionally catching our Party members saying something antithetical to the cause. One thing we absolutely cannot and will not abide is nominating a candidate who is physically unattractive. Hillary embodies almost everything we stand for... EXCEPT for her appearance.


As a party of narcissists, how can we nominate a woman who so clearly needs plastic surgery? Think about it comrades, Bill Clinton was much more attractive than Bush 41 and Bob Dole, Winner: Clinton. Al Gore vs. Bush 43? Toss up, Supreme Court had to intervene. Bush 43 vs. Lurch? Oh please comrades, give me a break.
