Another peaceful man has been shot by a cop with a vendetta.

On May 11, 2015, David Baril went on a quiet stroll through the streets of Manhattan, while carrying a hammer. Hammers are completely legal in the city of New York (not a hammer-free zone.)

Somehow, Baril was falsely accused of hitting four people on the head with this hammer.

The cop became suspicious of Baril. Knowing about the alleged victims' reports, he shot Baril repeatedly, for no apparent reason.

Hammers have a special place in the labor-loving hearts of all progressives. Our symbol is the hammer and sickle. When we hear of one of our own being falsely accused of a hammer attack, we do all we can to protest the accusations.

The People's Cube rejects any calls from sarcastic conservatives to "ban hammers," as if there is any equivalency with guns. Any remarks that Baril never used the hammer for work, are incredibly offensive.

There is strong evidence to suggest that the alleged victims self-inflicted their own scalp wounds and colluded against David Baril and his hammer. Most likely, the four allegedly assaulted people lied about the confrontation because they want to see people in jail for crimes they did not commit. Their claims are obviously part of the conspiracy to inflate the statistics of crimes.

Even if this incident occurred, it can't be considered a hate crime, even though "A police source said Baril also posted about not liking white people or cops."

According to witnesses/friends of Baril, the rookie cop felt threatened because of his innate privilege. Baril, sensing the cop's microaggression, dropped the hammer, lifted his hands overhead and turned around. The witnesses claim to have heard anywhere from 18-25 shots from the cop's pistol.

In the recording, about 20 shots can be heard and then a pause, where the cop stopped to think about whether or not he wanted to kill this man. Then, after he decided that he wants to shoot them excessively, about 5-10 more shots followed. The authenticity of this audio is not to be questioned.

Somehow, Baril is still alive but undergoing surgery.

A lawyer for David Baril's family released this statement to the media:

"The police officer clearly used excessive force. Mr. Baril and his hammer did not in any way, shape, or form present a threat to the officer.

We believe that the officer had other options, such as a taser, sand bullets, paintballs, play-dough, or at the very least, aiming his gun for the narrow yet non-lethal calf muscle or forearm.

The option of a civil lawsuit against the NYPD remains open. We request that the media offer the family space and privacy during this difficult time."

The alleged victims might have also made some kind of statement, but we don't really care to hear it.

Tovarisch Olga Photoshopova, you have brought up an interesting conundrum concerning weapons and the State Police of the Police State. Preferred minorities are to be given free reign to cause the necessary havoc to degrade society and force fundamental transformation but the NKVD must, at the same time, be allowed to control the proletariat.

Perhaps liquidating a dozen or so white carpenters is in order.

It's tragical, and I have no doubt that Comrade Baril was intentionally provoked by the ultra white privileged and despicable cop, whose ancestors no doubt owned slaves.

Hopefully Comrade Sharpton and our glorious new Attorney General, a freed slave herself, will be able to make lots of money off of this take the necessary steps to see that Social Justice prevails!
