If we want a guide to how the collective should work, forget the Borg from Star Trek. Who needs all that heavy equipment and non-red cubes, especially when they can't even subjugate the Empire?

The way to go with proper people's collective training is to follow Under the Dome on People's Indoctrination Chanel #2, CBS. They look like human beings but they all follow their leader. They will stand in masses waiting for their leader to tell them the next command.

No questions asked. No more selfishness. No more ingenuity. No more creativity. No more disagreement. They have the glorious kinship. They even whistle while they work. And if someone resists too much, they can just be put out of their misery. Perhaps even become Soylent Green.

Now, the leader might need a cave with amethysts that can generate cocoons in case, say, one of the followers doesn't have his or her (or any other pronouns matching the 48 other possible genders) programming right. But just tax the rich to pay for that!

No more need for money or jobs or anything else. From each according to their ability, to each according to his need (or put out of his misery if he needs too much). Forward!

Question of the Day: If the State provides equitable and fairly adjusted Equal Income to all it's citizens - who then remains for the IRS to tax? Taxes, mother's milk to political power and the very stuff of social engineering, must be preserved or our political universe implodes. I assume they still have taxes under the dome.
