Both of the examples you have chosen appear to be clinically brain dead, what makes them harder to spot is that zombies don't wear ties.
The lower photo shows comrade Biden trying to flip off a reporter.

... but because he's Biden, he forgets which finger to engage. He's been doing it wrong for a very long time... That made him even more confused about life, the universe, and everything.
