Most epic equal genius work Comradess Googie....

My dearest Comrade Groucho Marxist, I think this is the first time the words genius and Googie have ever been used in the same sentence. What an honor. I thank you so much.

Prayers for Ferguson.

Most amusing, Dearest Komradina

I am currently observing Amerikkkan "celebration" of Amerindian genocide under guise of "Giving Thanks", so can only make limited contribution

Here are long lost lyrics to theme song of swinish, sexist, Sixtiesh, Patriarchonormative American "comedy" called "Bewitched"

Bewitched, bewitched
Little gal's got me bewitched
Bewitched, bewitched
That's why I hadda get hitched
Cause when she twinkled that cute little nose (Twinkle, Twinkle)
Things get whacky quick
And the I don't know if I'm a York or a Sargent
Or just a swinging Dick

Got an in-law named Endorra
She's got a special aura
Well, Faith and Begorrah
She like to put my ass on the floor-ah
Cause whenever you see that bitchy little scowl
You're going down for the count
And it just gets worse when that batty Aunt Clara
Makes the craziness mount

The bewitched song is done
Now on the THE ADS!!

Dear, dear Comrade Callmelennie, I have often thought it, but the words may not have passed my lips...you are genius with your words and wit.

Funny you should bring up a Montgomery. I worship at the feet of her father, Robert Montgomery, the famous actor. If I had ever been around and he'd have turned those eyes on me and his charms, I would have melted right then and there. I don't know how any actress got through any lines with him. I would have been rendered speechless.

Thanks you Komradina. Here is yet another so-called sitcom romanticising era of racist, homophobic, Patriarcho-normative consumerism known as "The Fifties" which was called "Leave it To Beaver"

Let's leave it to Beaver and see what haps
Let's see what that little scamp does

Let's leave it to Beaver to get into mischief
But Ward don't be hard on the Beeve

Just leave it to Beaver to ask a dumb question
Now shut up or I'll slug ya one

Just leave it to Beeve to have a crush on his teach
Ya know, she's a pretty hot babe

June is vacuuming up the house
Wearing her very best pearls
Ward is checking up on the boys
And telling the Beeve about girls

Let's leave it Beaver and see what haps
Let's see what the little scamp does

"Leave It To Beaver" was a good show. I remember one episode where Ward Cleaver talks to, I think Wally, about stocks and bonds and retirement. A really thoughtful, serious segment. His tip was 'slow and steady' like with utilities and stuff like that. How many kid shows today would talk about this subject? None. And if they did, it would just be a big joke.
