Yes!!! Lenin forbid if you should feed it at night (I heard the Trotsky Monster gets the runs when fed at a certain hour... that and it multiplies when soaking in water!) Lock up your Tofu stash, Panera Bread and whatever delicious $tarbuck$ refreshments you may have around the dacha... you must take precaution!

Yes... he's already fouled an entire pound of Verona dark roast coffee beans and a pumpkin scone that I was very much looking forward to having for breakfast... I think he has also stashed several boxes of Kamut cereal somewhere in the apartment because we seemed to go through an awful lot there for a couple weeks... I can't remember ever consuming nine boxes of Kamut in two weeks before, so I must assume this is the case, unless we have another infestation of nutritionists (they were almost as bad as the banker nest)... it's winter in Kanadistan and so much of our more pesky wildlife attempts to take refuge indoors and so naturally comes into conflict with humans/dolphins. We allow the family of raccoons to stay as they are very clean and good at answering the phones and getting rid of Jehovahs Witnesses (I have never in my life seen anything shred a copy of The Watchtower quite so quickly)... But I believe that Trotsky the Kulak Monster, aka Fidel, may have actually gone after one of the youngsters as the raccoons have been rather nervous today... or it may because The Rat Thing went into the vet today for his annual dental cleaning and to have his blood sugar checked and will be away for a couple days and they miss him terribly (as do I)...

But certainly, O'Brien, Chairman... thank you. I will certainly be careful to make sure Trotsky the Kulak Monster is not fed after midnight or gets water on him... For the moment, he is still ensconced in the kitty litter box and as The Rat Thing is not at home to use it, I will leave him there for much of tomorrow until I change it. Then, we will not have to worry until the next full moon, which will give us time to prepare. I'm thinking of installing movement triggered lights, but the raccoons tend to move around the apartment a great deal at night, as does The Rat Thing (and myself, come to think of it) so it may not be necessary. We can just set up a watch schedule.

<heavy sigh>
As if we don't have enough to deal with given the latest poll that the Conservative government is ahead of the Liberals in Kanadistan. First, Trotsky the Kulak Monster, and now our enlightened system of government provided health care is at risk... I think winter is getting to me... which makes the loss of the Verona dark roast coffee beans that much more difficult to bear. Will spring never come?

I know it from a good source that the Kulak Monster species are notorious for their tireless search for food - not as much to eat it, but rather to hide it from the government.

The Kulak Monster makes deep holes in the ground, builds concealed niches in the cellars, or double floors in the attic - and stuffs those hiding places with sacks of grain, beets, and potatoes so that the Kommissars at the Prodrazverstka Department wouldn't be able to confiscate them for the Common Good™.

The selfish Kulak Monster thinks that the Kommissars will sell his food to the Hitlerite Germany in exchange for industrial equipment to spurr the dreaded Industrialization, leaving the Kulak Monster's family to starve.

Image
Poor silly Kulak Monster! Of course they will sell his food to the Hitlerite Germany leaving the Kulak Monster's family to starve - but it's being done for the Greater Good™! It's all for the children! And the children's children! Because if the Kulak Monster's family doesn't starve to death and start eating each other, the future generations of children will never be happy. And we don't want that, do we?

Read more about it in the Pulitzer Award-winning book by the New York Times correspondent Walter Duranty, titled

The Myth of the Kulak Monster
How they don't exist, or will soon seize to exist anyways, which is just as good and progressive.

<mask off>The real question is, who in this story is the real monster</mask off>

User avatar
Brother Red,

Is it true that not only does the Kulak Monster believe in a being greater than The Party (something they call "God"), but that if you catch a Kulak Monster and cut it, it doesn't bleed? I only ask because there was suspiciously little blood when I stabbed the stuffed thing known as Fidel. Also, I believe they may also hoard butter, as I have been finding little pats of it throughout the apartment - behind the couch, on bookshelves... I even found some under one of my tinhats and I am quite sure I did not put it there myself.

Kulak Monsters are known for their desire to keep electricity and running water working for The People in order to win them over to Capitalism.... Sickening... Absolutely sickening. I mean really now, North Korea goes without those decadent luxury items... how come our People can't? Why I ask? Why? Ask yourself this: Is it really worth it to have electricity and clean running water when the children are involved? Well, is it? Did you know, and I'm saying this to make you all aware, that the children are FORCED to run in giant hamster wheels in order for you to have these modern conveniences... I bet you didn't know that. They also starve, for your information! Yeah, that's right - just like in Oliver Twist! How many starving exhausted children does it take to power your computers, huh? I know it takes at least 50 to power mine... how many does it take to power yours, you pigs! Yeah, I'm talking to you, you Repug scum! You are exploiting the children in order to allow people to have electricity! And you are throwing money into the Kulak Monsters pocket ALL THE WHILE pumping more CO2 into the atmosphere! Arrrrgggghhhhhhh! DECADENT WHORES! DECADENT UN-LENIN LIKE WHORES!

I forgot to mention that electricity was introduced into the Appliance Ghettos during the 1960's to undermine their community and keep them as profit turning slaves! SLAVES, COMRADES! SLAVES!

User avatar
Chairman M. S. Punchenko wrote:electricity was introduced into the Appliance Ghettos during the 1960's to undermine their community and keep them as profit turning slaves!
Indeed, if it weren't for electricity, all electrical Appliance-Americans would be leading the life of leisure and enjoyment, reading progressive authors, and engaging in silent philosophical discussions with their humyn life-partners.

Speaking of Kulak Monsters, hoarding, and electricity and clean running water; I have a certain uncle that's hoarding electricity and clean running water. He hides it down in the cellar. He doesn't need it, he just likes to go down there and look at it and count it. And it gives him sick pleasure to know that the electricity and clean running water he's hoarding in the darkness of his cellar is being denied to the State and the People. Capitalism is a mental disorder.

User avatar
Margaret,
What if you were to sneak into his cellar when he wasn't around and mix his clean running water with his hoarded electricity? And then he fell into it? Would the resultant electroshock therapy not solve his Capitalist mental disorder?

Just a thought

There was a mention of that video in the San Francisco Chronicle today.

Yesterday Rush spoke about the Apple/Obama video, then Sean Hannity, then Fox News also mentioned it in several segments, and today every talk show host made it into an issue, trying to guess the identity of the author. Someone mentioned that YouTube had rewound the odometer from 300,000 to 100,000 views. What made this particular one catch fire?

(CNSNews.com) - Attorneys for Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-N.Y.) are trying to keep her out of a lawsuit that may ultimately force her to testify under oath about an alleged violation of campaign finance laws.

Washington lawyers David Kendall and Carolyn Utrecht and Los Angeles attorney Jan B. Norman -- all representing the apparent frontrunner for the 2008 Democratic presidential nomination -- filed legal briefs Friday in the California Court of Appeals focusing heavily on the criminal background of plaintiff Peter Paul, the Hollywood businessman who is suing both Bill and Hillary Clinton and others.

Paul alleges that fraudulent actions by the Clintons and others cost him his multi-million dollar Internet venture. Paul claims to have been the largest contributor to Sen. Clinton's U.S. Senate campaign, spending $1.9 million to hold a 2000 fundraising gala attended by Hollywood celebrities including Whoopi Goldberg, John Travolta and Brad Pitt.

In return, Paul claims, then-President Bill Clinton promised to promote the firm. However, the president allegedly reneged on the commitment after his wife was elected in November of that year and used his influence to discourage others from investing in the firm.

In an effort to stay out of the suit, Sen. Clinton used a California statute intended to protect a political candidate's First Amendment rights from frivolous lawsuits. A California Superior Court judge dismissed her from the lawsuit on those grounds last fall, but Paul appealed in January, contending the California statute does not protect Sen. Clinton from alleged illegal activity.

The Friday brief was a response to the appeal.

"Plaintiff's alleged 'donations'...were extremely unusual," the Clinton team's response said. "Unlike typical campaign contributions, these donations supposedly had strings attached; [the] plaintiffs claim that he financed the tribute in exchange for one year of former President Clinton's services after he left public office in January 2001."

Oral arguments will likely be made to the three-judge panel this summer on whether to release Sen. Clinton from the lawsuit, with a decision expected soon after. But the entire case could go on for much longer.

The motion goes on to describe how Paul's venture (Stan Lee Media, which he entered with comic book mogul Stan Lee) "imploded," and "in the midst of the company's financial collapse, [the] plaintiff fled the United States for Brazil."

"Not surprisingly," the brief said, "no working relationship between the plaintiff and the president ever materialized." It then details how Paul was indicted for and pleaded guilty to manipulating the company's stock price. He had two previous felony convictions, pleading guilty to fraud in the 1970s and to a drug charge in the 1980s.

Paul's past is irrelevant at this stage in the case, said his attorney, D. Colette Wilson of the United States Justice Foundation in Ramona, Calif.

The argument before the court in determining if Sen. Clinton is protected by the anti-lawsuit statutes is based on the seriousness of the charges, she said. Paul's credibility is a matter that is subject for discussion in the course of a civil trial.

"They're saying, 'Do not believe anything Peter said because he is a felon,'" Wilson told Cybercast News Service Monday.

She said the allegations he is making are more than viable, adding that part of his contention was already backed up by results of his 2001 complaint to the Federal Elections Commission.

After investigating the matter, the FEC ruled that Sen. Clinton's 2000 campaign committee underreported cash it received at the fundraising event Paul sponsored and slapped the campaign committee with a $35,000 fine. The Clinton campaign committee also amended financial reports to show Paul's share of the production costs were understated by $721,000. The legal limit for an individual to contribute was $2,000 at the time.

The fallout from the Paul's Hollywood fundraising event also led to the federal indictment of David Rosen, Sen. Clinton's finance director, who was acquitted on charges of lying to the FEC.

The three attorneys who filed the brief could not be reached for comment Friday or Monday.

In a written declaration for the court filed on April 7, 2006, Sen. Clinton said, "I have no recollection whatsoever of discussing any arrangement with him whereby he would support my campaign for the United States Senate in exchange for anything from me or then-President Clinton. I do not believe I would make such a statement because I believe I would remember such a discussion if it had occurred."

Wilson called it a classic "non-denial denial."

"She really doesn't want to go on the stand," Wilson said, adding the senator's delay tactics could drag the case right into the 2008 election cycle. "The timing could end up particularly disastrous for Hillary."

Imagine if one of the leading Republican candidates for president in 2008 like John McCain or Rudy Giuliani had a civil lawsuit for campaign finance fraud pending against him. Do you think that the media would be following this action with every legal brief filed, and every breath uttered by anyone involved?

Well, there is a huge campaign finance fraud case pending against Hillary Clinton that was enacted by the largest contributor to the junior senator's 2000 campaign almost three years ago, and the media couldn't care less. Those looking for some background regarding this issue should read a comprehensive analysis of the subject published by the New Media Journal last March.

With that in mind, on January 11, a brief was filed concerning this action in the California Court of Appeals alleging criminal misconduct by the lady who would be president that no media outlet reported except for World Net Daily:

A brief filed yesterday in a civil fraud case alleges Sen. Hillary Clinton engaged in criminal misconduct, citing a violation of federal code that carries a possible five-year prison sentence.

Business mogul Peter Franklin Paul, who claims he was the largest contributor to Clinton's 2000 campaign, alleges the New York Democrat solicited and accepted his illegal contribution of more than $1 million and falsified statements to the Federal Election Commission.

Hadn't heard about this? Well, how could you, for no one reported it!

The article continued:

Paul's attorney, Colette Wilson of the U.S. Justice Foundation, argues in the brief filed with the California Court of Appeal that Sen. Clinton's actions violated Title 2 section 437 of the U.S. federal code, which states: "Any person who knowingly and willfully commits a violation of any provision of this act which involves the making, receiving, or reporting of any contribution, donation, or expenditure aggregating $25,000 or more during a calendar year shall be fined under Title 18, or imprisoned for not more than 5 years, or both."

To put this in some perspective, last year, a sitting senator from Virginia, who was considered to be a serious presidential candidate in the future, uttered the word “macaca” at a campaign stop. As a result, the media pounced, the videotape of the event and its transcript was splattered incessantly all over the print and airwaves, and the senator not only lost his re-election bid, but probably also saw his political career come to an end.

Furthermore, the media in recent weeks have been giving almost non-stop coverage to the trial of I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, the Vice President's former chief of staff.

By contrast, the media have totally ignored a serious lawsuit against a former president and his senator wife that was originally filed on February 25, 2004. Since this point, this senator has successfully been re-elected to Congress in a landslide, and is the prohibitive favorite to win the Democrat nomination for president in 2008.

Yet, not a word about this court filing two weeks ago anywhere but World Net Daily.

Think the media would be so mum if McCain, Guiliani, or any major Republican was involved in this action regardless of the merits of the case or this brief?
