Isn't Hollywood planning a movie about these ready-made cities as a global sequel to "Field of Dreams" to stand in stark contrast to the real Ghost Cities (e.g., Detroit, etc.) created in America as a result of right-wingers refusals to sufficiently support ACORN's demands for funding for their Community Development Projects?

Did you ever see the movie Fargo? Fargo was a wonderful faustian morality play in which one man wishes to get away with just a small bad thing - trick his father in law into giving him money. He enlists the help of a man who's a bit more bad than he himself is - a criminal. This criminal then enlists the help of another man who's more bad than he is - someone that is criminally insane. Everything ends in tragedy. Brilliant movie.

Bill Clinton is like the first criminal that was enlisted to do bad. The Left always enlists someone just a little more bad than themselves. He will help them get away with something but he isn't horrible. Then Bill Clinton goes to the Chinese...

Comrade Otis, in the movie Fargo, everyone was a criminal. From the rich tightwad father-in-law (all rich people are criminals, da?) followed by his dimwit son-in-law who was cooking the books at the car dealership and engaging in loan fraud.

The only one who wasn't a crook by default was the pregnant cop who kept stumbling on clues but could never put 2 and 2 together.

To me, the moral of the movie is that the world is made up of two kinds of people. Criminals (the Party™) and well meaning dupes (useful idiots).

Comrade Otis, the criminals were all money driven private sector types. The innocent victim was the cop who was killed after refusing the bribe, the child that would have been better off had a social worker checked out the family, and victims of gun violence.

The hero was a female government employee that had a weak man to care of at home.

My interpretation is really for inner-party only. Outer-party will take your interpretation every time. Especially those that claim small collectivist ideas don't in the end lead to Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, Fidel Castro, et al.

The Faustian morality play illustrates what happens when citizens choose to do something wrong with government. The people that rise to the occasion for election to office to help them do wrong things are of bad character. These people then enlist help of others of even more shady character. Soon you have people with no qualms about doing very bad things and have a very bad agenda of their own. If allowed to proceed you find the very worst, the criminally insane, are at the very pinnacle of power. And then you find people like me, the Doctor of Dictatorship, playing with people like toys and having fun with misery.

Collectivists are famous for saying that no one can prove collectivism has to lead to tyranny; Cuba and North Korea and Soviet Union are anomalies and things don't have to turn out that way. They either don't get it or they get it all too well. I talk about collectivism in the the third person and distance myself from collectivism because I, me, the Doctor of Dictatorship, am not a collectivist. Not in the end. In the end even someone like Obama isn't a collectivist. He is an Obamunist. If he could he would turn the Democratic party into the Obama party. In the end Obama is about Obama. In the end collectivism itself is a just tool. When you wish to get away with something wrong, bad people will jump at the chance to help. And even worse people will jump at the chance to help them.
