Dead People Get Stimulus Checks

Well, duh! Did they think our necroproxies were voting for free? And, really, who needs stimulus more than the dead? To understand the basis for this doctrine, one only need to look to Paul [Robeson]'s epistle to the Communists, found in O'ly writ:

Received an e-mail from "Bob the Zombie". He's the self-appointed leader of the new Community Union of Zombies. He's been very patient until now and essentially says we can shove our stimulus checks. CAN'T EAT CHECKS! SEND BRAINS!
