Mitt Romney Tied to Racist Outrage in Iowa

Important state-approved journalists took time out from their assigned task of closely parsing Mitt Romney speeches for gaffes to express horror and outrage at a shocking, shocking display of racism by sitting Iowa Republican governor Terry Branstad:

Iowa gov moves out of mansion because of black mold
Governor Terry Branstad and his wife Chris have moved out of the Iowa governor's mansion in Des Moines after black mold was found in their third-floor residence, a spokeswoman said. Chris Branstad had not been feeling well for a few weeks and suggested her sickness might be caused by something at Terrace Hill, the state-owned mansion that has been home to Iowa governors since 1976.

The racist GOP governor is a Republican like accused felon and presidential challenger Mitt Romney, and both are rumored to be long-standing members of the Republican Party. In addition, Mitt Romney, like Branstad, was once a Republican state governor (of Massachusetts), further evidence of a possible conspiracy involving the two men.

Reaction to governor Branstad's disgraceful actions was immediate as officials and celebrities expressed outrage and voiced support for the aggrieved party. President Obama commented that if he had mold in the White House, it would look like the mold in the Iowa governor's mansion.

Spike Lee tweeted that he would kill any exterminator in Minnesota that came to eradicate the black mold.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid noted that an extremely credible source once told him Branstad hadn't paid his taxes and got the idea from Mitt Romney.

Civil rights leaders Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton vowed to march around Iowa demanding equal treatment for mold of color until the TV cameras go away.

Advocates for America's fungal minority also made their voices heard. One fellow, currently serving time in prison for alleged rape, stated "I participated in a number of #occupy encampments and there was always black mold around. I don't know what this guy's problem is. He's obviously just a spore-ophobe [cough, cough] or something!"

Political analysts agreed that this bizarre move will finish Branstad's career as soon as he does the right thing and resigns immediately.

Taking a broader view, many observers with too much time on their hands speculated as to what this would mean to the hopelessly inept presidential campaign of Mitt Romney, who is a Republican like Branstad and thus responsible for the latter's actions.

Independent consultant David Axelrod noted that Iowa governors have lived at the mansion since 1976 and no previous one had ever complained about the mold population, thus making Branstad's move an incredibly stupid unforced error on Romney's part. "Let's face it", said Axelrod, "if Romney can't deal with mold at the Iowa governor's mansion, how does he expect to deal with the UAW at GM?"

One social justice advocate hoping for face time on MSNBC had a different take on the controversy: "How come Republican governors are living in mansions when we have 15% unemployment? What's up with that?" The activist went on to say "If Romney cheats his way to the presidency, this is what we'll end up with... Republican governors all living in mansions while children starve in the streets with no hope of riding on a bullet train or growing up to use their EBT cards at my a casino."

Ultimately, the altercation in the Hawkeye state has brought into focus the central issue in this election: do we want a country where the president is OK with his henchmen discriminating against the lowly because of their color or do we want a country where even asexual reproducers are welcome? That is what America must decide in November.

Obama's useful-idiot NASA chief: U.S. won't go it alone on manned Mars mission

U.S. astronauts won't land on Mars by themselves but with international partners in the 2030s, NASA's useful idiot-chief said Wednesday.

https://www.usatoday.com/tech/science/s ... 56656270/1

“We can't do that! Somebody else built space! And somebody else built Mars! — Probably slaves! Owned by Mitt Romney!*”

(*We're being satirical — no, he didn't actually say that. But he might as well have! This is the same fool who proudly announced NASA's primary mission was ‘Muslim outreach,” and has overseen NASA's terrible decline.)

“Where is Mars, anyway? And what's all the fuss? Why don't we just hop on that Transatlantic Railroad Barack was talking about?”

“Dem Mars slaves is what built dis racist country. How dey got dem here in dem slave spaceships, I don't know. But Bolden is on dat conundrum, as we speak.”

“I happen to be a descendant of Mars slaves. In fact, I've visited Mars a total of three times, usually staying at a relative's house in the old neighborhood, the Vastitas Borealis.”

In a follow-up story, California, Maryland, and Massachusetts pass emergency bills to grant in-State tuition to all species of black mold.

Tea Party representatives's requests to read the full text of the bill were denied. One state representative was quoted as saying, "Read a bill? Why would anyone want to do that? Tea-bagger Kooks!"
