Pres. Obama dismantles negative rights

User avatar
In an unannounced fashion, President Obama has taken us one step closer to removing those pesky, negative rights not enumerated in the Constitution, by superseding the Constitution itself.

As exposed by the evil Right-wing* website Threatswatch.org, Dear Leader has fixed Ronald Reagan's mistakes and amended Executive Order 12425.

Threatswatch.org wrote:Last Thursday, December 17, 2009, The White House released an Executive Order "Amending Executive Order 12425." It grants INTERPOL (International Criminal Police Organization) a new level of full diplomatic immunity afforded to foreign embassies and select other "International Organizations" as set forth in the United States International Organizations Immunities Act of 1945.

By removing language from President Reagan's 1983 Executive Order 12425, this international law enforcement body now operates - now operates - on American soil beyond the reach of our own top law enforcement arm, the FBI, and is immune from Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests.

It is obvious to us the mistakes in the original wording, and with the changes Dear Leader has made in the amended EO, fixes those mistakes. Nobody should be allowed to shield themselves with the "US" Constitution, and nobody should above the International Criminal Police Organization.

Now that this information has been outed in the kook-fringe, there will be many conspiracy theories going around, and we should be ready to debunk them. For everyones preparedness, I'll list a couple here that have already shown up in the kook-fringe.

Threatswatch.org wrote:Section 2c of the United States International Organizations Immunities Act is the crucial piece.
Property and assets of international organizations, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall be immune from search, unless such immunity be expressly waived, and from confiscation. The archives of international organizations shall be inviolable. (Emphasis added.)
Inviolable archives means INTERPOL records are beyond US citizens' Freedom of Information Act requests and from American legal or investigative discovery ("unless such immunity be expressly waived.")

Property and assets being immune from search and confiscation means precisely that. Wherever they may be in the United States. This could conceivably include human assets - Americans arrested on our soil by INTERPOL officers.

Now reading this, many will think that Interpol will start arresting those who disagree with Islam or say anything bad about will be arrested. This couldn't be further from the truth. In truth, they will only arrest Christians, since they are radical, bigoted and hate-filled. Of course, the arrests won't come until the United Nations makes it illegal to criticize Islam, and that would never happen.

On another evil Right-wing website called NoisyRoom.net, more right-wing wackos blather on about:

NoisyRoom.net wrote:This now says that Interpol is no longer subject to the Freedom of Information Act. Their premises or staff can no longer be searched either. Their files are not subject to legal subpoena or discovery. Our government could just hand documents and files over to Interpol and Americans would no longer have access to them. Interpol can legally keep files now on all citizens of the US with no right to redress.

In reality, we have just handed over our sovereignty. Interpol headquarters in the US is currently headquartered in the Department of Justice. A ‘separate' Interpol agency has been created in the DOJ – let that sink in for a moment. Interpol has been granted diplomatic immunity now by Obama – they have exemption from being subject to search and seizure by law enforcement, US taxes and immunity from FOIA requests, etc. This action could also be used to divulge American military secrets and a whole host of horrific practices having to dowith going after our military. It's the road to internationalism on steroids.

Now Comrades, we can all see that this is just kook-fringe conspiracy talk, and we shouldn't need to bother addressing any of the outrageous claims made. Of course we have all the freedoms that Congress, the Supreme Court, and finally the President allow us to have, without those "negative rights" conveyed by that old piece of paper, the US Constitution.

And one last bit I found while attempting to stop this news from getting out:

ThreatsWatch.org wrote:The prerequisite conditions regarding the Iraq withdrawal and the Guantanamo Bay terrorist detention facility closure will continue their course. Meanwhile, the next move from President Obama is likely an attempt to dissolve the agreements made between President Bush and other states preventing them from turning over American military forces to the ICC (via INTERPOL) for war crimes or any other prosecutions.

When the paths on the road map converge - Iraq withdrawal, Guantánamo closure, perceived American image improved internationally, and an empowered INTERPOL in the UnitedStates - it is probable that President Barack Obama will once again make America a signatory to the International Criminal Court. It will be a move that surrenders American sovereignty to an international body whose INTERPOL enforcement arm has already been elevated above the Constitution and American domestic law enforcement.

For an added and disturbing wrinkle, INTERPOL's central operations office in the United States is within our own Justice Department offices. They are American law enforcement officersworking under the aegis of INTERPOL within our own Justice Department. That they now operate with full diplomatic immunity and with "inviolable archives" from within our own buildings should send red flags soaring into the clouds.

This is the type of rhetoric that must be trivialized and kept on the right-wing kook-fringe and not allowed to get into the mainstream.

*Just remember, anything that doesn't agree with Obama must be right-wing kook-fringe and therefore evil.

<charOFF>

I heard about this last Thursday (12/24) and is probably the most disturbing thing that this administration has done to date. The more I think about the implications this has ... it could be used to arrest US military for "war crimes", even if they were following orders. It also sets up the possibility to arrest Bush and Cheney for "war crimes", and good-ol' Barry can say he did nothing to arrest them.

It also makes me pause to think I should arm myself.

I denounce Comrade Pewkov for not being armed, and strongly suggest he acquire several not for the people rifles and shotguns at once! Namely a Model of 1947 Kalashnikov rifle and at least two dozen magazines and two cases of ammo, a Mossberg 590 pump shotgun with bayonet lug, and a 1911a1 .45 pistol and a quantity of magazines and ammo. Should that not be sufficient I would say add a Model 91/30 Mosin Nagant rifle!

Oh yes. And Praise Obama for his Glorious orders favoring Interpol!

I fully accept this denunciation, since I do not have any arms. For what it's worth, I fully blame Mrs. Pewkov, since she does not want our children to have access to an arsenal. Thus I am between a Party and a Wife.

Barkeep ... another round of vodka.

Comrades, we must be vigilant against the despicable actions of the VRWC, Tea Baggers and the dittoheads. We must be ready to serve The Party and our Dear Leader in the epic struggle towards the New World of Next Tuesday™.

These Interpol agents will no doubt be useful to His Excellency, in His efforts to expose the Right Wing traitors, birthers and Global Warming Deniers in our midst. These Interpol agents will also be most useful in this years coming elections and in 2012.

Praise be onto you, Obama! The US Constitution is well on it's way to being rendered useless and tossed into the trashcan of history!!

Comrade Pewkov, perhaps your fratenal socialist ally at home has not heard of a gun safe? At any rate her concerns are usually those born of ignorance of the subject at hand and proper indoctrination by the mass media. Nothing a Ruger 10/22 and a range trip couldn't cure.

{off} Seriously, no offense intended. It's a tough issue with many folks, and one that usually has to be overcome by a healthy dose of reason, and sometimes a range trip with a fun shooter.

User avatar
{ off }Here in Texas it's hard to find ammo--I have lots of friends who make a trip to the Wally World ammo department every time they go in and get whatever there is. And I heard of one fellow who owned a gun store advertising that they had 36K rounds for reloaders. If I got that right.

I don't like guns, and it's my fault. Guns, weapons, are the backbone of our freedom.

The girls at the office and I are going to get a concealed-weapon permit. The reason for the second amendment was to let Americans point a gun at government.

The only way to guarantee freedom is to let government know that it can be shot. Embroider that on a sampler and hang it on the wall. Then maybe the government factotums will get a real job. Like mall cop or potty patrol.

Our governor Rick Perry has said that if Obamacare passes then Texas will sue the feds on Tenth Amendment Grounds. We won't be the only state, but we'll have 25 million people pissed off at Washington. Now if we can just get them to come grab guns...

Try it in Texas. Just try it.

I'm sorry for being rabid but I have no use for our nanny-state government. They only do the easy things--the low-hanging fruit like speeding tickets, and ignore the important things. Like, oh, the safety of the nation, the sanctity of contracts, and the integrity of our borders.

I despise them.

Comrade Pewkov

I must insist that all good Communists are armed. Otherwise it is impossible to stage the Glorious Revolution. May I suggest a thermonuclear device on a missile with intercontinental range?

I am currently working on my own prototypes. If you need any assistance you are free to contact me or my friend Mahmoud Ahmedinejad.

A luta continua!

Image Perhaps I am too cynical, but the Constitution for the United States of America does not provide, grant, nor guarantee any rights or privileges to any one. Do not take my word for it, read the Declaration of Independence, read the preamble to the "Bill of Rights", the Federalist Papers, the Anti-Federalist Papers, the Constitutional Convention transcripts, and the letters of our Founding Fathers. One will discover that what the Founders, and the People, believed in God-given, or "natural rights," that predate the Articles of Confederation, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. Rights are not granted by either document. Rights are not granted by our Government, either, although politicians, judges, lawyers, and bureaucrats who are supposed "to serve We the People" would like you to think they are the providers of our rights and that they have the power to interpret them or abrogate them. Not so!

If one has been following along with my "United States: The Greatest Experiment" series, he or she will see that the People of the United States are the sovereigns and possess natural rights, after all, the People ordained and established this country. There is no such thing as "Constitutional Rights." If one is one of the People, a sovereign, why would you need "rights" granted to you when you are a sovereign? One already possesses everything. That is like a King or Queen granting him/herself rights when he/she already possesses them. A Citizen, on the other hand, is a "political class," or "political community," granted with certain privileges and immunities by the Government (and the opinions of the Courts will back me on that) since the beginning of our country. The "Citizen" has always been under the Constitution and subject to the laws of the Government. Read Part II of my series to understand more.

Since we are a Republic, not a Democracy, every individual in this nation is a equal King or Queen. That was the goal of our Founding Fathers and the People back then. They wanted to escape the tyranny of the British Crown (although they tried to make amends with the Crown, but it did not work) and every man wanted to be a King, and every woman wanted to be a Queen. The People wanted to be in control of their own lives, not to be controlled by a Monarch nor by a majority (Democracy). Thus, our Founding Fathers created a Republic where every individual is an end unto him/herself and no other individual, or majority, can say otherwise. Many believe this system of "self-government" was, or "is," impractical and "Utopian." To the contrary, the People handled their own affairs using such system before the People let their guard down and allowed Government usurpation of such system. For the first 150 years of our country's settlement, and the first 50 to 75 years of our Republic's existence, our early Republic was arguably the freest civil society that has ever existed.
As noted in Part I of my series, Franklin was asked what type of system was instituted...he replied, "A Republic, if you can keep it." My fellow People, I believe it is safe to say that we lost our Republic long ago, thus explaining many of the hardships and tyrannical nonsense we experience today. And, again, maybe it is my cynicism, but both wings of the collectivist bird (id est Democrats and Republicans) are guilty of this treason and playing us as if they are "working for our best interests."

"If you make yourselves sheep, the wolves will eat you." - Benjamin Franklin

I believe we allowed the wolves (government) to eat us for too long.

Comrade,

It is the goal of The Party to extract the essential of the individual and all the power therein supplied to government unto the law of the world government utopia. Hence Dear Obama, in all his wisdom, is nullifying the power of this county and it's citizens to claim sovereignty from world courts and world law. Agreed?

What we must guard from as the intellectual elite, who know what's best for others and all, is a pull in the opposite direction back to the people. This pull begins in the proclamation of States Rights as laid out in the Amerikan form of government. If perchance, the people of each state would suddenly rally for this cause and provoke their officials to adopt such State Rights resolutions it would put The Party at odds with yet another layer in the protection of so called individual liberties.

The worst thing any of the proles of the USSA could do at this time is to educate, protest, and lobby for States Rights.

Neo-Kulak educating on State's Rights:

In the middle of this video, this neo-kulak draws from Mien Kampf wherein Comrade Hitler draws from the wisdom of Comrade Lincoln in the ideals of centralization of power. We cannot let secrets like these get out!

Statist-in-Chief,

I wholeheartedly agree with you. I thought that the 1st Amendment was just reaffirmation of our natural rights as human.

As far as 2nd through 8th goes, those just reaffirm that we live in a Republic, not a Democracy. And the 9th and 10th sets limits (or "negative rights" in Obamaspeak) of the Federal Government.

Red Rooster,

Just a quick note, Wyoming is trying to adopt the 10th Amendment Sovereignty Resolution, however could not get it done in '09, that was a fiscal-only legislature. It'll probably will happen in '10, when the legislature opens for other bills.

Comrade I feel your pain. However it is the duty of every loyal Party member to have the means to defend the Party at hand. If your wife continues her obstructionist ways it may be necessary to have your children inform on her. Don't worry, a few weeks in the gulag will do her a world of good and when she's returned to you she'll be much more reasonable.

Image The "Tenth Amendment" sovereignty movement is good, in my humble opinion. I hope more States catch on. In my state of Ohio, I believe they passed a resolution in the House and must pass in the Senate. The beauty of the Tenth Amendment is two fold: 1) the State governments can exercise their sovereignty and reject any federal laws they wish not to obey, and 2) the People themselves cannot be involuntarily subjected to the laws of the United States (or of the States) because they are the absolute sovereigns of the country.

Because of the Tenth Amendment, the Government has no authority, and cannot assume any authority over the People. Government powers may not reach beyond that which is constitutionally granted. In order for the Government to subject People to its laws it is necessary for the People to relinquish their sovereignty. Sovereignty is a natural right that our Founders and the People themselves fought for and it cannot be lawfully relinquished involuntarily. Any removal of sovereignty must be accomplished voluntarily and mutually by the individual him/herself.

It saddens me to see our Republic crumbling before our eyes as years go by, in so many ways, our disintegrating Republic resembles the fall of the Roman Republic and into a tyrannical path of destruction. In my humble opinion, all of this mess and web-of-confusion started with the War Between the States. The War Between the States was not about slavery nor saving the Union, Comrade Lincoln had something else in mind...centralized power and usurp the sovereignty of the People and the States. Comrade Lincoln, despite the authors and historians who praise him, was a Statist at heart and did not care for the slaves. Actually, he wanted to round them up and ship 'em back to Africa. In addition, in his letters, the letters that collectivists don't the public to know about, Lincoln was a racist jackass himself. So much for the "Great Emancipator" title.
By the way, good video Rooster. I recommend reading "The Real Lincoln" and "Lincoln Unmasked;" both books are written by the Thomas J. DiLorenzo.

When Comrade Obamatron said, "We are ... days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America." He was not kidding, actually, our Republic transformed long ago, now Obamatron and his financiers are just waiting for the perfect opportunity to hammer-and-sickle (excuse the pun) the final nail in the coffin of the world's greatest experiment and bury it.

After all, this is the world the collectivists want to achieve...

So true this statement. And, just has the Roman Empire did in the past, the taxation levels are increasing, more individuals are on the state dole, and leaders are craving more (abusive) power to control those who speak out.

Sad to say, seeing what Revelations has in store, we'll throw Israel to the lions before it's done, and in the process make ourselves irrelevant.

BTW, I've never heard that about Lincoln, I'll have to check out those books you mentioned.

User avatar
Pewkov, as I recall, the reason for the nation Liberia was to get the blacks out of America. Yes, Lincoln cared nothing for them. Unfortunately no one did, as humans, back then.

Comrades, I think that you are making a mistake in not recognizing the virtue of positive rights. Once we have one or two positive rights, then we can have any positive right.

For example, I think that it's a positive right for everyone to have a good hair day. We will only need to exercise this should Revlon need a bailout, of course. And it's a positive right for everyone to be able to wrap a fish or have a parrot shit on read the People's Paper, the New York Times. So when the NYT can no longer mortgage its building, or borrow money from a Mexican financier, we'll just have to funnel tax dollars to id.

There is so much power in positive rights. This way we can assert a right because someone is jumping up and down, and use that "right" to deprive others of their negative rights.

President Obowma knows what he's doing.

Glorious News Comrades,

On Dec 29th, Comrade Obama has made information by the Government just a little less accessible. Original <a href="https://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-of ... .here..
Whitehouse.gov wrote:(d) Information that has not previously been disclosed to the public under proper authority may be classified or reclassified after an agency has received a request for it under the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552), the Presidential Records Act, 44 U.S.C. 2204(c)(1),the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a) ...
So, it appears by this order, that if there is any damaging info to(or about) the Party is exposed, it will quickly be removed from public circulation. No doubt, INTERPOL will then be called in and the right-wing perp will be bagged and taken out of the USSA.

I'll try to stay on top of this comrades, it seems that Obama needs to plug all of the holes left behind from the Bushitler.
