Read his lips!

Read his lips, comrades, "No taxes on households earning less than $250,000."

Yes, he meant that.

However, as a good lawyer, he doesn't wish to "prejudge" any ideas of his BIPARTISAN Advisory Commission.

"Obama ‘Agnostic' on Deficit Cuts, Won't Prejudge Tax Increases"

My favorite quote from our reigning 'smartest man in politics' is "The real problem has to do with the fact that there is a just a mismatch between the amount of money coming in and the amount of money going out."

It has only taken him a year in office to discover the root cause of our government deficit. This man truly is a genius.

Did I mention that his commission is BIPARTISAN? That means they'll let a few RINOs in, as long as they bring the donuts.

Who does glorious Leader believe he's talking to? Rham "dead fish" Emanuel's "f'ing retarded" comrades? That's the mostincompetent backasswards comment ever from this fascist dolt well thought-out, comprehensive statement dear Professor has ever said. Who would have ever thought, money coming innnn.... and money going oooout, had anything in common. This is why glorious Leader IS, glorious Leader.

I'm in awe. Shocked and awed.

Amazing! I never would have guessed that! I thought that there was enough money coming in but much of it was getting lost someplace....

Have you seen this? From Obama's annual economic report to Congress:

Job growth may not curb unemployment rate: WHouse

Job growth may not curb unemployment rate: WHouse wrote:President Barack Obama's annual economic report to Congress said the economy is on the verge of pulling out of a period of steep job losses stemming from the worst recession in decades.

But the report also said that the unemployment rate may not come down much from the current level of 9.7 percent, and may even rise because of labor market growth and the return of more discouraged workers to the labor force.

The unemployment rate may rise because people are going back to work? Is that really what that says? It gives me a headache to read sentences like that.

I guess on the one hand, Obama's meme is that he's creating jobs, but on the other hand he has to account for a reason why unemployment might go up - but still, it reads like some Alice in Wonderland train of logic.

From Atlas Shrugged, after John Galt was kidnapped, so that the socialists could put his face on their system of government (page 1124-hardcover version)

"The John Galt Plan" [so says] Wesley Mouch [a totalitarian socialist], ."will reconcile all conflicts. It will protect the property of the rich and give a greater share to the poor. It will cut down the burden of your taxes, and provide you with more government benefits. It will lower prices and raise wages. It will give more freedom to the individual and strengthen the bonds of collective obligations. It will combine the efficiency of free enterprise with the generosity of a planned economy."

Yes, in the end contradictions held in beliefs come to the fore and are embraced as a savior even as those contradictions destroy everything. The monster of denial. From what I've seen of people I know, Statists have all the personality characteristics of addicts. The monster of their contradictions, altruistic beliefs about how they should live as opposed to what a happy life really requires, eats them personally just as it destroys civilization.
