To cause emergencies, the State of California joined with the Department of Transportation to overleap both entities' constitutional limitations. In 1848, California concluded a treaty with Mexico won at the risk of their lives. By the Treaty of Guadalupe Hildago, February 2, 1848, Californian's independence from Mexico was recognized. After, agreeing to eschew the practice of human trafficking and slavery, California was admitted to the United States of America on September 9, 1850, as the 31st state. The USSA offered Mexico $15 million to secure California's liberty, and the capitalists of Mexico's government accepted. In 2020, without the consent of interior States, the Commerce Clause, which created a free trade zone among the several states was jettisoned without the consent of anyone. Even as recently as passage of The Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, the constitutional principles of reason were departed from. As we do not have a weak Constitution, it is necessary to terminate this nonsensical violation, as we are not lacking in proper powers, requisite to constitutional defense of the Commerce Clause to halt damage to public safety. Whether this Commerce Clause usurpation, when once begun, will stop at the point of destruction of common sense, or go forward to the dangerous Glorious World of Next Tuesday extreme, depends on the voting constituency at this moment. Tyranny has perhaps oftener grown out of the assumptions of power, called for, through manufactured exigencies, as well as by a defective interpretation of The Constitution repeated ad nauseam, than out of the full exercise of constitutional adherence.


Notwithstanding the calamities produced by the Build Back Better Program, it has been supposed that without California's unconstitutional influence in the economies of other member States, the cause of the anarchy manifest within the Build Back Better Reset should long ago have dissolved.
