Barry waited 'til he finished high school
Went to Columbia, then Harvard Law school
He met a girl who went to Harvard school too
The future was wide open
Moved to Chicago a place they both could afford
He community organized and went door to door
She had a guilt-trip and she taught him the score
The sky was the limit

He got a prompter so he could sound smart
He ran for Senate and he moved up the charts
White House was his ticket
His "Hope and Change" act made liberal legs tingle
They both met movie stars, partied and mingled
The H&R man said "His taxes will jingle"
