Korova ... name of Alex's favorite milk bar (Also Russian for cow)
Horrow show -- good (from Russian "horoshow")

Delt -- Mr Deltoid, Alex's Parole Officer
Staja -- prison; not Russian -- reference to East Germany, perhaps?

I decided, upon shallow reflection, to include the outro of "Hey Droog" performed in the mother tongue …. using the very same lyrics that were sung by The Zhukovs in their legendary performance of "Hey Droog" at the ball celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Battle of Moscow.

Three extra helpings of equality, to be apportioned to each according to their wit, for any comrade who got that last joke ....
