The People's Cube - Political Satire

You walked onto the oil fouled beach like you were walking onto a yacht
Your knee strategically bent to grab a tar ball - you're sleeves were all rolled up
You had one eye on the prompter as you talked about kicking ass
And Chrissy sighed that he'd be your partner he'd be your partner and

You're Hussein - you probably think this spill is about you
You're Hussein - I'll bet you think this spill is about you don't you don't you

You had them several years ago when they were still quite naive
And you said you'd make such a pretty world - the magic would never leave
But you gave away the trust you had and we look at the sea
We had some dreams now there's tar in the dolphins tar in the dolphins and

You're Hussein - you probably think this oil spill's about you
You're Hussein - I'll bet you think this spill is about you don't you don't you

We had some dreams now there's tar in the dolphins tar in the dolphins and
You're Hussein - you probably think this spill is about you
You're Hussein - I'll bet you think this spill is about you don't you don't you

Well I heard you went and played some half court and your team naturally won
Then you walked Michelle into the East Room to hear the band on the run
Well you're on the golf course all the time and when you're not you're at
A fundraising gig or with Rahm in a hot tub Rahm in a hot tub and

You're Hussein - you probably think this spill is about you
You're Hussein - I'll bet you think this spill is about you don't you don't you
You're Hussein - you probably think this spill is about you
You're Hussein - I'll bet you think this spill is about you don't you don't you.

Forgive comrades....

How did I miss this work of genius...

Perhaps because it was not accompanied by the picture that inspired it in the first place, Comrade Director; a picture of The One fearlessly taking control the oil spill crisis by inspecting a grain of oily sand.

I have only recently learned how to insert pictures into my posts and comments. Just five minutes ago, I inserted a picture of Comrade Putin photoshopped as Elvis into "Chernobyl Rain/In The Gulag" -- which greatly improves the post as the picture was needed to provide context.
