Comrade President Barack Barackovich Obama addressed the Party in a special message filmed at his winter dacha in Hawaii, where he is resting after spending hours threatening the Bourgeoisie elements of the People's Congress with catastrophic military spending cuts in order to attain their unanimous consent to the Party's de-Kulakization Plan.

Yet, after his many hours of hard labor, rest did not come easy to our Glorious Leader, who took time from his repose to urge the Party towards further collectivization of the means of labor through the Progressive Tax Code.

The principle of the Party's plan is simple: Kulaks and those deemed to be excessively hoarding the People's wealth should be taxed until their income is fairly distributed by standards set for all the People by the Party. The Party knows who should receive what for the benefit of all, and it is simply dangerous to allow people unfettered access to wealth.

Comrade President Barack expects all the people to agitate for further transformational change. Progressive Socialism cannot be attained until the workers and peasants of Amerika rise up and take what is rightfully theirs through de-Kulakization. Of course, our Glorious Leader has been patient with those citizens still influenced by Capitalism, which is why he is using the gentler process of taxation before relying on confiscation of property.

Yet, we should all be encouraged to note that because of the popularity of the President's message of higher taxes for the Kulaks, and the recognition that these Bourgeois thieves are responsible for depriving the workers and peasants of Amerika of their justice and benefits, that the citizens of Amerika are willing to support further collectivization. Yes, our revolution is taking hold in the hearts of Amerikans, who once worshipped the idols of private property and wealth accumulation.

No more! Amerikans now know the truth: Progressive Taxation will seize the undeserved gains of the rich and redistribute them to the People. The rich should not be rich, but equal!

Comrades, let us agitate the Masses for increased taxes and confiscation of Kulak property!
