The Department of Homeland Security today announced that they have purchased 2700 spiffy new Mine Resistant Armor Protected (MRAP) vehicles similar to the photo above to go along with their nearly 2 billion new rounds of ammunition.
An aide to DHS head Janet Reno Napolitano stated that the new MRAP rides are "not only great for poking through walls and starting fires, they can haul HUGE amounts of ammo, and hey - we got two billion rounds to haul!". He noted that they look "way cool" driving down suburban streets in the USSA.
The aide was personally unaware of exactly how many body bags had been purchased by the DHS, but he assured us that it was plenty.

Comrade R.O.C.K., I am confident that Comrade Napoleonatano will also have "Rescue" painted on the DHS MRAPs so that the the party faithful with proper documentation (or appropriate un-documentation) will know they are protected from the evil gun-toting-bible-clinging-knuckle-dragging-toothless-hillbilly-fly-over-country-beer-swilling-redneck-rethuglikkkans. For those of us who can't read, M-RAP music blared from speakers should put us at ease.
