Chicagograd's 4th Mechanized Euthanasia Division began conducting ‘Sterilization and Release' drills in the streets of Chinatown, using the People's Republic of China's strategy for population control as Party leaders look for new, inventive ways of dealing with social problems in the city.

Using stray cats as replacements for humans, the Division swept through the streets of Chinatown, rounding up stray cats through food baits representing the overall plan being considered by the Chicagograd Supreme Soviet in which citizens will be lured into sterilization facilities through offers of free government cheese and cell phones. Once inside the facility, Division members will abort fetuses, cauterize reproductive tissues, and then release citizens back to their ordinary lives.

“If we were really interested in getting rid of cats, we would simply catch them and put them to sleep,” said Junhei Kwan, an expert in mass sterilizations brought from China to help Chicagograd officials. “We are releasing the cats just as people are released so as to return to their work assignments.”


By decreasing the overall population of Chicagograd, the Party believes that the state will be able to offer them more individualized attention and high-quality mandatory services.

Right now, the Party's Five-Year Plan for the Illinois Oblast includes a 15% reduction in population of non-essential workers, which includes most of the inhabitant of Chicagograd's South Side, where the primary employment category is community organizing.

Many officials say that the sterilization efforts will also help the city absorb many of the new immigrants expected to come to the USSA from Mexico as a result of the immigration regulatory reforms presently being discussed in the People's Senate.

By reducing native populations, immigrant wages will increase and they will be afforded better accommodation opportunities through public housing.

Technicians in the Euthanasia Division said that spaying and neutering the cats gave them plenty of practice for the procedures they will eventually be called upon to use on Chicagograd residents.

Population Control means larger rations for all citizens! Volunteer to be neutered for the good of the Proletariat!

If the population is reduced then won't there be fewer people to work? And if there's fewer people to work won't there be less to redistribute? And if there is less to redistribute won't the current impoverished condition remain unchanged because the same amount per capita of goods to people will remain the same?

As you are no doubt aware, workers and peasants within the USSA are ranked by their level of victimization within the social system. As the system becomes more progressive, then victimization decreases and the ranks of varying people-groups shifts in accordance with the needs of the Party. Since the Socialist state no longer victimizes people, those whoa re victims right now will find their victim status gradually decrease, whereas the state may choose to elevate other groups, such as effective workers, who are needed to support the state economy.

Population control is an excellent way of managing people groups who have outlived their usefulness as victim groups, since the state does not victimize them, but rather cares for them better than they care for themselves. Part of caring for people is liquidating them when their lives are no longer wanted.

If Chicagograd wants to wage a successful sterilization program, they need to begin the redistribution early in the game. Consider offering a big screen TV and a year of free cable to every comrade who volunteers for sterilization! Throw in an iPhone for those who bring their teenage daughters along. Imagine the lines at Planned (non)Parenthood and all of the good it would do for the kollektiv. Rahm Emmanuel, read this and go FORWARD.
