El Presidente
Undoubtedly inspired by our own
Minister of Fun and Pleasure, the Ugandan
Ministry of Ethics and Integrity has proposed a new government dictate that would make it a crime for women to wear the publicly offensive attire known to all as the "miniskirt".
When recently questioned about the dictate, Ethics Minister Simon Lokodo said:
Any attire which exposes intimate parts of the human body, especially areas that are of erotic function, are outlawed. Anything above the knee is outlawed. If a woman wears a miniskirt, we will arrest her". Lokodo continued... "We are saying anything that exposes private parts of the human body is pornography and anything obscene will be outlawed. Television should not broadcast a sexy person. Certain intimate parts of the body cannot be opened except for a spouse in a private place.
Of course, like any good government dictate, government approved exceptions and kickbacks will exempt the more equal among us.

Apparatchik Unkulturny
Unkulturny hereby selflessly volunteers to interrogate the hot little redhead thought criminal in the top photo. And have no fear - before we are done, we'll get to the bottom of her issues (perhaps after a little beet vodka, da?)

This should put an end to the bathing suit, tennis, sun tan lotion, and panties in Uganda. Good move, Minister Loko-Lokodo!

Personally, I prefer to place all women on a pedestal. High enough to look under their skirts!

Ok, that settles it for me. I am definitely going to stop eating anything I drop on public seating areas. That next Jelly-Belly is just going to sit there.

Dear Comrade ThePeoplesComrade -
If we should ever meet I would like to buy you an apostrophe as well as a couple of spaces!
But I digress...
What if the Jelly Belly has fallen onto a clean blanket but a lovely woman is sitting on the bean... would you eat the bean in this circumstance?
Be advised... R.O.C.K. Captain Jack Sparrow is in the vicinity.
You must decide now!

Even at my advanced age there is clearly much to learn.
