Dear Comrades,

Since the Party initiated the Civil Rights Redistribution Program in 2001 following the 9-11 Demonstrations, the number of Americans willing to voluntarily collectivize their individual rights in favor of greater State security rose from 33% before 9-11 and 43% now. While this is slightly below the average over the past decade, the party is satisfied that it has made a permanent shift in political attitudes through well-received indoctrination programs.

We must also not forget that a majority of Americans favor the present collectivization scheme of progressive asset seizure, and satisfaction rose after the new dekulakization directive was implemented late last year. Most Americans now are participating in some kind of redistribution program, from food stamps to mortgage guarantees to specialized subsidies.

While we must continue to struggle in our efforts to lead the masses towards complete voluntary acceptance of the Party's goal of total collectivization of rights and property, we cannot help but celebrate this victory of Socialism in American culture.

The educational apparatuses of the American Media Collective and the Hollywood-Manhattangrad State Studio Committee have succeeded in guiding the workers and peasants of the USSA to agree that the State should be responsible for the care of citizens in all aspects of life, from medicine to education to healthcare to employment to housing to communication.

Comrades, let us never forget our responsibility to admonish those citizens who want to keep personal rights for being selfish and insensitive. How dare they oppress their neighbors by refusing to participate in collectivization?

Never hesitate to mock and shame those who harbor reactionary opinions, and make sure to take note of them for later action when Security Services ask for your cooperation.

Comrades, the State protects us from our Fears! Security does not come from the individual, but the strong arm of the Government!

As Marx so well put it, true freedom and the ability to 'hunt in the morning, fish in the afternoon, rear cattle in the evening, criticise after dinner,' (in other words to live life to the fullest and do with your life what you wish) can only happen when one has been freed from wage slavery by the State's control of everything.

In this way Marxism offers people their lives to live to their fullest. It is the promise of Marxism that we must all fight and struggle for.

Freedom vs security is a false choice the purpose of which is to further false consciousness in order to dupe the masses into accepting the rule of capital.

The answer to weak liberalism is Strong Socialism!
