The Fourteenth Amendment states, very clearly, that no State may "deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." Racial profiling is, by definition, based on a standard of unequal protection.

Progressive thinking Middle Eastern Islamists, who comprise 98.99% of the FBI's Most Wanted terrorist List, are more likely to be searched by the few remaining heartless, crybaby, Republican police and less likely to be treated as law-abiding citizens.

Can you believe this is happening? Whites, who comprise less than .1% of this terror list, are less likely to be searched by police and more likely to be treated as law-abiding citizens. What is this World coming to this writer asks?

McDermott continues, "Racial profiling is Jim Crow applied as a law enforcement policy. It promotes the internal segregation of suspects within the minds of police officers, and it creates a second-class unjustness for our Progressive thinking Islamic terror suspects".

When a law enforcement agency practices terrorist profiling, it sends the message that white senior citizens are assumed to be law-abiding citizens while Progressive Islamic terrorists who reside in Middle Eastern Communes, in their early to late 20's, are assumed to be criminals.

Racial profiling policies set up law enforcement agencies as enemies of entire communities; yes, communities that tend to be disproportionately affected by crime similar to Chicagograd. Law enforcement agencies should be in the business of protecting crime victims and helping them find justice, not chasing Progressive thinkers like The FBI's Most Wanted Terrorist List.

Of course, given the THC concentrations in contemporary cannabis, and the thought that perhaps Captain Krapteck is an escaped laboratory squirrel, one could imagine that studies done today would show a much smaller number of squirrely cigarettes would be needed to achieve the same outcomes, but I haven't read of any such studies. It remains simply a hypothesis waiting for a Goobermit research grant.

It is possible that some reich-winger hijacked the photo and put an image of dear leader on there, but it was otherwise only McDermottized. The below image, supplied by the NSA and sworn by Eric Holder to be the original, un-decripted transmission, proves the infiltration.

Perhaps you were misled by the low-res, not-quite-hispanic-half-white in the hoodie which, if dear leader had had a son, might have looked sorta like him.

No, Comrade McDermott has an excellent point ... all such hurtful depictions should be "McDermotted," by legisation or Executive Edict if necessary. I'm sure that Jim would be happy to have HIS image inserted in lieu of others so that there was a more equal balance and no particular group would be offended. For example, if there were a poster of "most wanted prostitutes," inordinately weighted with images of women, some images of Jim could be inserted randomly to balance the mix.
