Dear Comrades,

By decree from the Central Committee of the Socialist Democratic Party, the Department of Mandatory Health and Human Services has nationalized all libraries in the USSA and reallocated all librarians as Health Information Commissars.

Librarian-Commissars are expected, in addition to shelving duties, to assist the Party in interrogation of citizens without mandatory health coverage and engage in healthcare agitation activities.

Libraries are expected to increase their computer-access rations to workers and peasants who self-denounce for non-compliance with healthcare regulations, so that they may be more quickly rehabilitated and integrated into the collectivization of healthcare as mandated by the Party. Indoctrination literature will be stationed at all USSA libraries, so that the Masses can be afforded the opportunity to volunteer for this mandatory public activity.

All libraries are expected to integrate their computer systems, presently monitored by the national Security Agency and the Federal Bureau of Investigation of Citizens, with the State's healthcare collectivization web sites. Library staffs are also expected to engage in active agitation in Oblasts where counter-revolutionaries have taken the upper hand in deceiving the public into resisting Obamacare and the centralization of medical coverage.

All citizens are required to comply with healthcare regulations supervised by the the Department of Mandatory Health and Human Services, and compliance monitored by the Internal Revenue Security Services. Those with non-conformist tendencies will be detained by the IRSS unless they first report to their local library and promptly prepare their paperwork.

But trustworthy citizens with proper political formation know that we should all immediately enroll in mandatory healthcare programs, just like loyal labor union members under State work assignments already are. We should all stand up for social justice, and fight for the full implementation of Obamacare!
