Dear Comrades,

The Communist Workers' Labor Union Movement, under the leadership of Teamsters Union President Comrade James Hoffa, has vowed to put the full pressure of the Proletarian Outrage to work against the non-Socialist elements of the Obamacare Mandate.

The Labor Union Movement is demanding reforms of the legislation, which was corrupted by reactionary Republican elements in the People's House of Representatives.

Obamacare was crafted by the Socialist Democratic Party as a mean of nationalizing healthcare and collectivizing medical resources of the State out of the hands of Capitalists so that the medical needs of the masses would be governed by the Dictatorship of the Proletariat. However, the process has been hampered by the Bourgeois and their Kulak slaves, who continue to interfere in this process of collectivization by insisting that part of the system remain outside the direct governance of the State.

Many medical insurers have voluntarily complied with Obamacare, under the promise that their loyalty to the Party and obedience to the State would be rewarded. Indeed, the State has been faithful to its promises, and these nationalized corporations now hold the People's Monopoly on affordable healthcare. Over time, these para-State enterprises will be absorbed by the Department of Mandatory Health and Human Services.

However, the Labor Union movement is anxious about the slow pace of this process, fearing that the Imperialist Republicans may be able to defeat State reforms if they are not enacted quickly enough.

To our Comrades in the Labor Movement: the Party hears your cries for Social Justice and Equal Distribution of Wealth! The Party pledges that, no matter what happens, the workers and peasants of the USSA will receive their fair share according to the Will of the People! Remember your political formation and that the true enemy of our Socialist Utopia continues to be the Republicans!

Now is the time to maintain Party loyalty and true patriotism. Be patient, Comrades. The dawn of Universal Free Healthcare under Collectivism is just around the corner. Your dreams of equality will soon come true so long as you continue to struggle for the Party in our war against the counter-revolutionaries!

The White House has set up a special email address for those who need health care and/or a doctor - [email protected]. This email address will become fully and progressively functional once the standard 50 million signatures have been recorded at a special website set up expressly for this purpose:

Obama spokesbarker Jay "Carney" Carney barked at a press conference today that once 50 million signatures have been received, counted, and verified by the IRS, Americans who feel they may need health care at some point during the next 12-24 months will be able to email [email protected] to beg for request to see one of the remaining physicians who haven't yet retired, become hospitalists, or changed careers.

Carney noted that sending an email is no guarantee that a citizen will be able to be seen within 12 months, but he stated that it certainly can't hurt to ask.

I am not at all worried about Obamakare administrative costs or waste by the government, look how frugal and honest the IRS and State Department have been!

Oh, there'll be plenty of physicians. They aren't going to let a silly little thing like people leaving the profession ruin ObamaCare. There's lots of people out there. There's no people shortage. What does it take to be a physician? You just dub people physicians. People like Rachel Jeantel are going to be fast tracked. Good old Rachel will probably be the chief surgeon at the hospital you go to some fine day in your old age when you finally have to go under the knife for a life or death operation.

Or maybe Cuba will send us some of their doctors. And then they'll blame it all on capitalism. "Look, capitalism couldn't provide doctors!"

Let me point out why we believe the President is being totally honest when he categorically states that "if you like your present insurance coverage you can keep it". I think he forgot to mention there are a few "minor" requirements which must be met for this to be true. Read the following excerpts from section 102 of House Bill 3200 and draw your own conclusions. I hope this helps clarify the issue:

SEC. 102. PROTECTING THE CHOICE TO KEEP CURRENT COVERAGE.

1. (a) Grandfathered Health Insurance Coverage Defined- Subject to the succeeding provisions of this section, for purposes of establishing acceptable coverage under this division, the term `grandfathered health insurance coverage' means individual health insurance coverage that is offered and in force and effect before the first day of Y1 if the following conditions are met:

(1) LIMITATION ON NEW ENROLLMENT-
(A) IN GENERAL- Except as provided in this paragraph, the individual health insurance issuer offering such coverage does not enroll any individual in such coverage if the first effective date of coverage is on or after the first day of Y1.
(B) DEPENDENT COVERAGE PERMITTED- Subparagraph (A) shall not affect the subsequent enrollment of a dependent of an individual who is covered as of such first day.

(2) LIMITATION ON CHANGES IN TERMS OR CONDITIONS- Subject to paragraph (3) and except as required by law, the issuer does not change any of its terms or conditions, including benefits and cost-sharing, from those in effect as of the day before the first day of Y1.

(3) RESTRICTIONS ON PREMIUM INCREASES- The issuer cannot vary the percentage increase in the premium for a risk group of enrollees in specific grandfathered health insurance coverage without changing the premium for all enrollees in the same risk group at the same rate, as specified by the Commissioner."
