Bloomberg reports that about 50,000 dogs have taken to the streets of Detroit....
"One officer in the Police Department's skeleton animal-control unit recalled a pack splashing away in a basement that flooded when thieves ripped out water pipes. “The dogs were having a pool party,” said Lapez Moore, 30. “We went in and fished them out.”
A dog-gone pool party, comrades. Can you believe it? And I was not even invited. I have heard it through credible sources at MSNBC that none other than The People's very own Laika The Space Dog may have been the host of this wet orgy of animalistic fun, but that rumor has yet to be validated.
