The glorious worker's paradise of Detroit has put policies in place to prevent any damage due to the government shutdown.
"The absence of all evil retugglikkkans means that their tactics will not affect us", said an un-named Detroit official. "Moreover, we will not let their mean-spirited policies ruin what we have taken so long to achieve".
We must point out that their government has been shutdown for years, so they are used to it.
