Comrades, listen up, as this is very important.

The Obamacare website works. It has always worked.

However, through clever temporal engineering, the website saves bandwidth, server costs, and development expenses by operating in 1995.

That's right, universal mandatory healthcare actually started under Comrade Slick Willy. The reason why the website is not functioning, is due to a failure of the NSA to place a special bit of temporal code on every computer in the United States to sync up with the 1995 servers.

This is due to the traitor Snowden stealing the source code. Rest assured, the ACA soldiers on to the glorious world of Next Tuesday, and soon every man, woman and child in the USSA will have compulsory maternity care on their insurance!

Just go out behind Tractor Maintenance Shed #2 after dark. You'll usually find more than a few of us celebrating our new socialist order with the collective's vodka supply. We keep it in an old metal insecticide tank that we rinsed out.
