Comrade Smiley, what a brilliant and compassionate idea! But is 100% discount enough for such an important occasion? Should it not be something more meaningful, such as 115% which incorporates the iconic $15 amount? Or even 200% to demonstrate matching funds toward reparations? The balance might be paid out in EBT credits, to avoid all the confusing details of carrying and counting out actual cash, making change, and so on.
