The People's Cube - Political Satire

Rosie O'Donnell was a guest today on David Bender's "Politically Direct," a progressive radio talk show on Air America, discussing her recent decision to get the ISIS flag tattooed on her lower back. Even though the idea has become controversial even among some of her liberal colleagues, O'Donnell said that she was willing to take the heat in order to raise awareness about the Islamic State's struggle against Western imperialism.

"We need to recognize these brave individuals' fight for their freedom against the corrupting Western influences," O'Donnell said before standing up and turning her back to Bender while lifting her shirt and lowering her pants to expose the ISIS flag tattoo.

"They are in a struggle for their way of life," O'Donnell continued. "Even as we speak, bombs are falling on their heads while they peacefully sleep, and no one seems to care about it. Where is the outrage? Why aren't we protesting in the streets about the unjust treatment of ISIS freedom fighters?" O'Donnell said as she turned around to show her tattoo to the crew behind soundproof glass.

About a month ago she saw a YouTube video with a truck full of ISIS fighters obliterated by an American missile, and it left her terrified. "I thought about how those innocent men didn't have a chance with some American terrorists dropping bombs of death from out of the blue," O'Donnell recalled. "I couldn't sleep that night. I tossed and turned, having sweaty nightmares about a white burning Toyota truck in the desert. The image wouldn't leave my head until I knew what to do about it. And then I knew I had to do this," she pointed at her tattoo.

O'Donnell then returned to her chair and shouted into the microphone, "I want you all to know that I, Rosie O'Donnell, will not rest until we serve justice to those American imperialists who have murdered these noble defenders of their Islamic homeland." O'Donnell proceeded with a long and high-pitched ululation just as the show took a commercial break.

A spokesperson for the Islamic State, who was shown a picture of his official flag tattooed on Rosie O'Donnell's lower back, was overcome with emotions and declined to comment.

Comrade Red, I clicked on the medal. Does this mean I get a medal too? After all, all comrades are equal*, if Chedoh gets a medal doesn't everybody?

Umm.. Comrade Red, while out on my porch in my rocking chair sipping some whisky I saw some snipers on the roof of a building with their guns pointing at Party HQ and a truck with "Snope's Sniping Service" on the side in plain black lettering. We MIGHT be being watched, but this might be just a big coincidence too, though I'm inclined to believe the former. Still, we must always remain vigilant for dissenters and enemies of the state.

Even if the tattoo's real, the tattoo looks nothing like the ISIS logo. Looks more like a mandala or a piece of psychedelic art. Also looks kinda like a Rorschach test inkblot in a way.

Rosie's shoulder tattoo is real - here, I made an enhancement of it. It shows a circle of the little people she so cares about, all of them longing for the Progressive World of Next Tuesday, represented by a shining stellar object, but some of them are marked for elimination with red Xes. We all know who they are! And now there's going to be an additional extra large X for Chedoh.

Plus she's got one with crawling bugs on her ankle - probably to attract psychoactive toads. Or maybe she likes it when hallucinogenic frogs lick Rosie to get high.
