So the latest word behind the tractor barn is that Barry has the hots for Caroline "don't let Uncle Ted drive you home" Kennedy, U.S. Ambassador to Japan (shown above receiving the "Joe Biden Hug" from Dear Leader); and FLATUS Moo has had it up to her eyeballs with his antics.
She seemed especially disturbed at the rumors of His O'liness inviting Ambassador Kennedy to go skinny dipping in the Bill Clinton Memorial Swimming Pool.
This is, of course, exclusionary as Dear Leader (PBUH) has not offered to skinny dip with any other Ambassadors or Cabinet Officers of record (Ambassador Stevens of Libya remains unavailable for comment).
FLATUS Moo has previously expressed her displeasure at the Leader of the Free World getting "handsy" with other womyns.
