Dear Leader (PBUH) has certified his student Vladimir Putin as capable of following the footsteps of the smartest man in the room, and has graduated him to full Superpower of the World status.

His O'liness was heard to say, "though a bit slow, Vladimir could be taught, and you can only keep them in the nest for so long..."

Allowing Putin to become a leader of the world frees Obama's schedule to allow for more golf and vacations in between parties with Jay-Z.

I feel so betrayed by The Obamessiah. This can only be seen as an evil Koch Brothers plot to take down the world's most free government by green-lighting it to spend all its treasure on foreign wars. Barack had better be under duress to do such a thing. Imagine how the People's Federation will be affected by millions of Comrades dying as they attempt to pick up the Mosin of the fallen Comrade in front of him while rushing into Syria! Although, this may just be a strategy to pad out the roles of the necro-voter roster...
