Hurricane Joaquin may not make landfall in the continental United States, according to Immigration officials.
Representatives from La Raza and LULAC are preparing a case in support of undocumented Latino weather events coming to do the work that American weather won't do.

I think an exception can be made if Joaquin is with child and seeking to give birth on US soil...

Why must you be so binary (or trinary)? Are there not 58 genderoptions, all of them fluid? And is not Joaquin especially fluid?

The eye of a hurricane is a very safe place to pee, comrade, regardless of gender.
Most are cowering in basements or other inappropriate havens from the storm.
Peeing in the eye of the storm ensures that all will enjoy the benefits of equality of excrement.

There is evidence that Joaquin is an anchor storm. Clearing the way for cousin Tropical Storm Ke'Shaun (who doesn't try very hard) followed by Hurricanes Lupe, Marcos, Norberto, Oscar, and Tio Pablo who needs a doctor.
For an alternative conspiracy, could Dear Leader (PBUH) have pushed the secret Presidential Hurricane button as George Bush produced Katrina, to distract the world from his issues with Putin? There must be an app for that...

Fred and Sandy would require processing and many bribes to overlook a Christian heritage.
On the other hand, hurricanes Abdullah and wife-hurricanes Fatima, Maha, Jamila, and Noor would be welcomed no questions asked.
