I'm not having the same problem. Probably isn't your connection. Try clearing your cache, there are plenty of tutorials for the browser you're using on the internet. Just search "How to clear cache on [Insert Browser Here]". I've had problems with the cache in the past, back when Youtube was in flash and not HTML5 like it is now sometimes the videos would not play at all and you'd have to go and clear your cache to make them play. And if you're wondering what the cache is, it's basically a place where your browser stores frequently-visited pages so they load faster and use less bandwidth. Browsers have gotten better so they don't have near as many problems as they used to, but nothing is perfect.
And then, there's always reloading the page a few times to see if the problem solves itself. And, of course, there's the immortal "Did you try turning it off and on?"
