The struggle to cross the street...
The struggle to get into her limousine...
The struggle to go up a few stairs...
The struggle to hide those pesky seizures...
The struggle with incontinence...
But most important, the struggle to run from the cameras used illegally by private citizens who do not play by the rules of common decency and film her struggle to remain upright in the blistering 72 degree heat of New York City.
Don't think that her life has been without a struggle - she faces many struggles.
