It is a well established custom that we must not make fun of the mentally challenged, especially in a public forum such as this.

Robert De Niro had to leave school as a child, so therefore, only has about a 9th grade education (he left school by the time he was 16 years old.)

It is unfair to target the intellectually retarded for ridicule in public forums. I demand that you stop until Robert De Niro can at least finish his primary school education.
