Departments of Education, Space Exploration, Weather Service, Oceanography, (
Department of Justice) other non-essential services (cough) and Disease Control will immediately cease operations; though their budgets will be increased annually, with all funds redirected to
Planned Parenthood and/or the Clinton Foundation.
