He is currently responsible for the deaths of 6,250 at-risk elderly patients after he knowingly sent COVID:19 patients to New York State's nursing homes instead of any of the far safer places where the pandemic would not have spread to the most vulnerable elderly.

New York had:

• The USNS Comfort
  
• The Jacob Javits Center
  
• The $21million Red Hook Facility in Brooklyn

The Red Hook facility was built at a cost of some $21million and did not serve a single patient - instead, Cuomo sent them to Nursing Homes where they killed over 6,000 of the most vulnerable.

NEW YORK - More than 4,300 recovering coronavirus patients were sent to New York's already vulnerable nursing homes under a controversial state directive that was ultimately scrapped amid criticisms it was accelerating the nation's deadliest outbreaks, according to a count by The Associated Press.

“It was the single dumbest decision anyone could make if they wanted to kill people,” Daniel Arbeeny said of the directive, which prompted him to pull his 88-year-old father out of a Brooklyn nursing home where more than 50 people have died. His father later died of COVID-19 at home.
