We can be sure of an October surprise or even a whole string of them, but since this is 2020, they just have to be "blockbusters" or the year will lose its reputation.

We're going to have to wait to see which constituency Joe Biden insults next to find out what the 'surprise' will be.

I think the most likely is for Joe to come out and tell women: "If you can't choose between Donald Trump and me then you're a whore!" or something to that effect.

Then we'll probably get a story from The Atlantic telling us about the, anonymously sourced, prostitution ring that Amy Coney-Barret was running out of her basement using young girls and boys trafficked from Haiti. Which, of course, will be Donald Trump's fault.

Nah...

I think things will wind down once the coup is over.
After the "Crisis" stage (cfr Yuri Bezmenov) we will enter the stage of "Normalization".

I'm thinking less of bread lines and more of headlines: less about U.S. politics specifically and more about another monthly worldwide disaster.

We have already been told that the Wuhan Covid virus has begun mutating rapidly. Perhaps by October's end it will have mutated into a giant rampaging Coronamonster crushing entire cities under its feet coronas. It will all be Trump's fault, of course.

Trump will collude with the Corrupt™ Saudi Arabian Regime™ and the Corrupt™ Prime Minister Netanyahoo of Israel to sign another Peace™ deal which destroys the Rights™ of Palestinians™.

He will then send $400billion in cash, in the dark of night, to Iran to start a war with Israel and causing the whole of the Middle East to descend into chaos, just to prove he was right about how dangerous Iran is.

October surprises can work the other way, too. Guess who's been playing footsie with Uncle Xi? It was very touching.

I expect November surprises along the lines of 0% voting participation by mail in Rethuglican strongholds and a Kim-ish 110% voting participation by mail in Democrat Socialist strongholds.
